Description
本実施形態は、本発明に係る冷却用熱交換器モジュールを車両用の冷却装置に適用したものであり、図1は本実施形態に係る冷却用熱交換器モジュールを冷却風流れ下流側から見た正面図であり、図2は本実施形態に係る冷却用熱交換器モジュールの車両搭載状態を示す図である。
第1実施形態では、接続パイプ5cとモジュレータ4との干渉を避ける必要があるので、モジュレータ4の高さ寸法Hoを、コンデンサ2の高さ寸法H1とサブクーラ3の高さ寸法H2とオイルクーラ5の高さ寸法H3との和と同等まで拡大することができない。
第2実施形態では、接続パイプ5cを冷却風の流通方向と略平行な方向突出させることで、接続パイプ5cとモジュレータ4との干渉を防止したが、本実施形態は、図4に示すように、入口側の接続パイプ部5bおよび出口側の接続パイプ部5cを共にオイルクーラ5を挟んでモジュレータ4と反対側(紙面左側)に設けることにより、接続パイプ5cとモジュレータ4との干渉を防止するものである。
上述の実施形態では、コンデンサ2、サブクーラ3およびオイルクーラ5は、上方側から順にオイルクーラ5、コンデンサ2、サブクーラ3の順に並んでいたが、本発明はこれに限定されるものではなく、上方側から例えば、コンデンサ2、オイルクーラ5、サブクーラ3の順に並んでいてもよい。

Claims (7)
- 冷媒を凝縮させるコンデンサ(2)と、
液相冷媒を冷却するサブクーラ(3)と、
前記コンデンサ(2)から流出した冷媒を気相冷媒と液相冷媒とに分離して液相冷媒を前記サブクーラ(3)に供給するモジュレータ(4)と、
冷媒と異なる流体を冷却する熱交換器(5)とを有し、
前記コンデンサ(2)、前記サブクーラ(3)および前記熱交換器(5)は、冷却風の流れに対して並列となるように冷却風の流通方向と直交する方向に並んでおり、
さらに、前記モジュレータ(4)は、前記コンデンサ(2)、前記サブクーラ(3)および前記熱交換器(5)の並びの方向(D)と平行な方向に延びているとともに、その長手方向寸法(Ho)は、前記並びの方向(D)と平行な方向における前記コンデンサ(2)の寸法(H1)と前記サブクーラ(3)の寸法(H2)との和より長く、かつ、前記並びの方向(D)と平行な方向における前記コンデンサ(2)の寸法(H1)と前記サブクーラ(3)の寸法(H2)と前記熱交換器(5)の寸法(H3)との和以下であり、
前記熱交換器(5)と外部配管とを繋ぐ入口側接続パイプ部(5b)が、前記熱交換器(5)を挟んで前記モジュレータ(4)と反対側に設けられていることを特徴とする冷却用熱交換器モジュール。 - 前記コンデンサ(2)、前記サブクーラ(3)および前記熱交換器(5)は、上下方向に並んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却用熱交換器モジュール。
- 前記コンデンサ(2)、前記サブクーラ(3)および前記熱交換器(5)は、上方側から前記熱交換器(5)、前記コンデンサ(2)、前記サブクーラ(3)の順に並んでおり、
さらに、前記モジュレータ(4)は、上下方向に延びているとともに、その上端側は、前記熱交換器(5)に対応する部位まで到達していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却用熱交換器モジュール。 - 前記熱交換器(5)と外部配管とを繋ぐ接続パイプ部(5c)が、冷却風の流通方向と略平行な方向に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の冷却用熱交換器モジュール。
- 前記熱交換器(5)と外部配管とを繋ぐ入口側接続パイプ部(5b)および出口側接続パイプ部(5c)が、前記熱交換器(5)を挟んで前記モジュレータ(4)と反対側に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の冷却用熱交換器モジュール。
- 前記コンデンサ(2)、前記サブクーラ(3)および前記熱交換器(5)は、一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の冷却用熱交換器モジュール。
- 前記熱交換器(5)は、オイルを冷却するオイルクーラであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つ冷却用熱交換器モジュール。
