Description
Claims (3)
- エンジンと、該エンジンで駆動される作業機である発電機と、エンジン始動用のスタータモータとバッテリとを備えるエンジン駆動作業機の始動・停止装置において、
前記スタータモータを駆動させるため、前記発電機に設けられた始動スイッチと、
前記始動スイッチと並行して操作可能な遠隔始動スイッチと、
前記エンジンの点火動作を停止させる前記発電機側の停止スイッチと、
前記停止スイッチと並行して操作可能な遠隔停止スイッチと、
前記発電機側から、該発電機が運転中にのみ供給される電源によって点灯する運転状態表示灯と、
前記遠隔始動スイッチ、前記遠隔停止スイッチ、および前記運転状態表示灯を設けた遠隔操作ボックスとを備え、
前記遠隔操作ボックスが、
前記遠隔始動スイッチの一方の端子と、前記遠隔停止スイッチの一方の端子と、前記運転状態表示灯の一方の端子と、前記遠隔始動スイッチ、前記遠隔停止スイッチ、および前記運転状態表示灯の、それぞれの他方の端子を互いに接続した共通端子とを有し、
前記本体および遠隔操作ボックスを前記四つの端子を介して前記本体に接続し、
前記発電機側の停止スイッチがオン状態のときに前記発電機の出力巻線と閉ループを形成するように前記エンジンの燃料カットソレノイドを設けるとともに、
前記遠隔停止スイッチのオン操作に伴って動作する自己保持スイッチが前記閉ループと並列接続されたことを特徴とするエンジン駆動作業機の始動・停止装置。 - 前記発電機が、エンジンのオイルレベルが所定値以下に低下したときに動作して、運転が停止するまでエンジンの点火動作を停止状態に保持するオイルレベル検出スイッチを有し、
前記遠隔停止スイッチが、自己復帰型スイッチで構成され、かつ前記オイルレベルスイッチと並列接続されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエンジン駆動作業機の始動・停止装置。 - 前記オイルレベル検出スイッチが、放電時定数回路の充電状態によって点火動作の停止状態を保持するように構成され、
前記遠隔始動スイッチが、始動操作に伴って前記放電時定数回路を放電するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項2記載のエンジン駆動作業機の始動・停止装置。
