前記プーリ(100)の一側に第1の結合手段(201)で着脱可能に結合される駆動側結合部材(210)と、前記ハブ(110)に第2の結合手段(202)で結合される従動側結合部材(220)と、前記駆動側結合部材(210)と従動側結合部材(220)を連結するとともに、圧縮機(50)に設定値以上のトルクが発生する場合に破断される破断部材(230)と、からなる連結手段(200)と、を含み、
前記第2の結合手段(202)は、前記従動側結合部材(220)の外周面に形成された複数の装着溝(221)と、
前記装着溝(221)に結合されるダンパ(250)と、
前記ハブ(110)のカバープレート(115)の内側面に形成されて前記ダンパ(250)と結合される突出部(116)と、
からなることを特徴とする。
II、III、IV支点は、破断部材230の1次破断後、それぞれの破断部240が残留破断部材230aを時間差を置いて接触することにより、残留破断部材230aが段階的に破断される部分で、1次破断時より相対的に小さいトルクで破断が行われる部分である。

Claims (13)
- 圧縮機(50)のフロントハウジング(51)に回転可能に設けられ、駆動源から伝達された回転力を受けて回転し、一側面にフランジ(103)を突設されたプーリ(100)と、
前記プーリ(100)の一側に配置され、圧縮機(50)の駆動軸(60)と結合されるハブ胴体(111)と、前記ハブ胴体(111)の外周面に一体形成されるカバープレート(115)と、を有するハブ(110)と、
前記プーリ(100)の一側に第1の結合手段(201)で着脱可能に結合される駆動側結合部材(210)と、前記ハブ(110)に第2の結合手段(202)で結合される従動側結合部材(220)と、前記駆動側結合部材(210)と従動側結合部材(220)を連結するとともに、圧縮機(50)に設定値以上のトルクが発生する場合に破断される破断部材(230)と、からなる連結手段(200)と、を含み、
前記第2の結合手段(202)は、前記従動側結合部材(220)の外周面に形成された複数の装着溝(221)と、
前記装着溝(221)に結合されるダンパ(250)と、
前記ハブ(110)のカバープレート(115)の内側面に形成されて前記ダンパ(250)と結合される突出部(116)と、
からなることを特徴とするクラッチレス圧縮機の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1の結合手段(201)は、前記フランジ(103)と前記駆動側結合部材(210)を螺合(103a、211)してなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のクラッチレス圧縮機の動力伝達装置。
- 前記第1の結合手段(201)は、前記フランジ(103)を前記駆動側結合部材(210)内に強制圧入してなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のクラッチレス圧縮機の動力伝達装置。
- 前記フランジ(103)の外周面と前記駆動側結合部材(210)の内周面のうち少なくともいずれかの1つに凹凸部(103b)が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項3記載のクラッチレス圧縮機の動力伝達装置。
- 前記連結手段(200)は、前記ハブ(110)のカバープレート(115)と前記プーリ(100)間の内部空間に収納されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のクラッチレス圧縮機の動力伝達装置。
- 前記プーリ(100)は合成樹脂材からなり、前記フランジ(103)はスチール材からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクラッチレス圧縮機の動力伝達装置。
- 前記装着溝(221)の底部には、前記ダンパ(250)が挟結されるよう内側へ突出された結合片(221c)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のクラッチレス圧縮機の動力伝達装置。
- 前記ダンパ(250)は、前記装着溝(221)に装着され、前記突出部(116)が挿結されるよう相互に所定間隔に離隔された一対の装着部(252)と、
前記一対の装着部(252)を連結するとともに、前記結合片(221c)に嵌入されるように嵌入溝(251a)を形成する支持部(251)と、
からなることを特徴とする請求項7記載のクラッチレス圧縮機の動力伝達装置。 - 前記装着溝(221)の底面(221a)と内側壁面(221b)は、丸く屈曲していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のクラッチレス圧縮機の動力伝達装置。
- 前記駆動側結合部材(210)には、前記破断部材(230)の破断時に、前記従動側結合部材(220)に残留する残留破断部材(230a)を破断する破断部(240)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のクラッチレス圧縮機の動力伝達装置。
- 前記破断部(240)は、前記駆動側結合部材(210)の外周面に突設されることを特徴とする請求項10記載のクラッチレス圧縮機の動力伝達装置。
- 前記破断部(240)は、対応する残留破断部材(230a)にそれぞれ時間差を置いて接触するよう、それぞれ破断部材(230)から設置角(a、b、c)を異にして形成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のクラッチレス圧縮機の動力伝達装置。
- 前記フランジ(103)は、前記プーリ(100)の通穴(101)に設けられるベアリングボア(102)の一端部に一体形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のクラッチレス圧縮機の動力伝達装置。
