Claims (8)
- 自動車手動変速機のケースの中にあって、中心セレクタシャフト(32)とシフトロッカアーム又はシフトフォーク(4、6、8、10)の形の二又状シフト部材とを具備するシングルロッド・シフト機構を有し、二又状シフト部材がセレクタシャフト(32)の回転によって選択に応じて個別にセレクタシャフト(32)と係合させられ、セレクタシャフト(32)の回転軸に沿ってセレクタシャフト(32)を移動することにより、選ばれたシフト部材のギヤシフトを行い、かつギヤシフト装置(2)がセレクタシャフト(32)と結合された第1の部材(58、60)を有し、第1の部材(58、60)がケースに固定された第2の部材(62)と協動してセレクタシャフト(32)の回転を確定するギヤシフト装置(2)において、
ケースに固定された第2の部材(62)がシフトレーンの数に相当する数の所定の幅のスロット(66)を有し、スロット(66)が、セレクタシャフト(32)に配置された第1の部材としての2個のピン(58、60)と協動し、選ばれたシフトレーンに設けられた変速段の1つに挿入すると、セレクタシャフト(32)の回転とともに当該シフトレーンに対応するスロット(66)に上記の2個のピン(58、60)の1つが係合することを特徴とするギヤシフト装置。 - ピン(58、60)が、ギヤシフトのために二又状シフト部材(10)の1つを移動させるシフトフィンガ(46)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のギヤシフト装置(2)。
- 第2の部材(62)のスロット(66)の長さに概ね相当する溝(68)が、2個のピン(58、60)の間に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のギヤシフト装置(2)。
- 2個のピン(58、60)の間の溝(68)が、二又状シフト部材(10)に配置された駆動体(54)と協動してギヤシフトを行うことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のギヤシフト装置(2)。
- 2個のピン(58、60)が、シフトフィンガ(46)に取り付けられたスライダ(56)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のギヤシフト装置(2)。
- セレクタシャフト(32)の回転軸(34)に沿った第1の部材(58、60)及び第2の部材(62)の軸方向寸法が、概ねスロット(66)の長さと2個のピン(58、60)の長さの合計で決まることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のギヤシフト装置(2)。
- ピン(58、60)が歯又はカムの形を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のギヤシフト装置(2)。
- スロット(66)がガイド斜面(74)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載のギヤシフト装置(2)。
