Claims (14)
- 共縮合したリン含有鎖式要素を有するポリエステルから実質的に構成されるまたは当該ポリエステルからのみ構成されるポリエステル繊維を殺菌、殺真菌または殺ダニ作用を有する成分として含み、当該共縮合したリン含有鎖式要素は、式Iおよび/またはII:
R 2 は、CH 2 −CH 2 であり、
R 3 、R 4 は、H、(CH 2 ) 2 −OH、(CH 2 ) 2 −O−(CH 2 ) 2 OH、CH 2 −CH 2 −CH 2 −CH 2 OH、CH 2 −CH 2 −CH 2 OHである]
を有する化合物由来である、殺菌、殺真菌または殺ダニ作用を有する繊維製品。 - R 1 はCH 3 である、請求項1に記載の殺菌、殺真菌または殺ダニ作用を有する繊維製品。
- さらなる殺菌、殺真菌または殺ダニ作用を有する成分または添加剤を含まないことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の殺菌、殺真菌または殺ダニ作用を有する繊維製品。
- 織布、編布、不織布などのシート状の布構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の殺菌、殺真菌または殺ダニ作用を有する繊維製品。
- 殺菌、殺真菌または殺ダニ作用を有する繊維製品は、縫合糸などの特定の殺菌、殺真菌または殺ダニ作用を有するフィラメントまたは糸であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の殺菌、殺真菌または殺ダニ作用を有する繊維製品。
- 殺菌、殺真菌または殺ダニ作用を有する繊維製品は、服飾及び下着用布、スポーツ用布、家庭用布及び寝具、衛生及び医療用布、自動車用布、食品包装、建築及び濾過用の工業用布、オムツ、ナプキン、タオルなどの既製製品ならびに例えば、縫合糸などの特定の殺菌、殺真菌または殺ダニ作用を有するフィラメントまたは糸であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の殺菌、殺真菌または殺ダニ作用を有する繊維製品。
- 殺菌、殺真菌または殺ダニ作用を有する繊維は複合繊維として存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の殺菌、殺真菌または殺ダニ作用を有する繊維製品。
- 殺菌、殺真菌または殺ダニ作用を有する繊維は二成分繊維として存在することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の殺菌、殺真菌または殺ダニ作用を有する繊維製品。
- 繊維はハイブリッド繊維として存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の殺菌、殺真菌または殺ダニ作用を有する繊維製品。
- ポリエステルはさらに殺菌、殺真菌または殺ダニ作用を有する添加剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1、2、および4〜7のいずれか1項に記載の殺菌、殺真菌または殺ダニ作用を有する繊維製品。
- ポリエステルはさらに殺菌、殺真菌または殺ダニ作用を有する銀含有添加剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の殺菌、殺真菌または殺ダニ作用を有する繊維製品。
- ポリエステルはさらに銀ジルコニウムホスフェートを含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の殺菌、殺真菌または殺ダニ作用を有する繊維製品。
- ポリエステル繊維は、ポリエステルシースを有する多成分コア−シース方式の繊維であり、シース部分が、繊維の断面積に対して、15〜50%、好ましくは15〜25%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の殺菌、殺真菌または殺ダニ作用を有する繊維製品。
- 繊維は、好ましくはナノ粒子の形態を有する、金属銀を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1、2及び4〜13のいずれか1項に記載の殺菌、殺真菌または殺ダニ作用を有する繊維製品。
