Claims (14)
- 공축합된 인 함유 사슬 부재를 포함한 폴리에스테르로 거의 구성되거나 이것만으로 구성된 폴리에스테르 섬유를 생물활성 성분으로 포함한 생물활성 섬유 제품(bioactive fibrous products).
- 제 1항에 있어서, 추가 생물활성 성분이나 첨가제를 함유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는, 생물활성 섬유 제품.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 직포(wovens), 니트(knits), 부직포(nonwovens) 등과 같은 직물 시트와 같은 구조로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 생물활성 섬유 제품.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 제품은 봉합사(suture) 등과 같이 특정한 생물활성 섬사(filament) 또는 원사(yarn)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 생물활성 섬유 제품.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 생물활성 섬유 제품은, 기성복과 속옷 직물, 스포츠 직물, 가정용 직물과 침구, 보건 및 의료용 직물, 자동차용 직물, 식품 포장용 직물, 건축 및 여과용으로 사용하는 산업용 직물, 기저귀, 냅킨, 수건 등과 같은 완성된 제품이고, 또한, 예를 들어 봉합사(sutures)와 같은 특정한 생물활성 섬사 또는 원사인 것을 특징으로 하는, 생물활성 섬유 제품.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 생물활성 섬유는 다성분 섬유로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 생물활성 섬유 제품.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 생물활성 섬유는 2성분 섬유로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 생물활성 섬유 제품.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 혼성 섬유(hybrid fiber)로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 생물활성 섬유 제품.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공축합된 인 함유 사슬 부재는 화학식 1 및/또는 2 (R1= CH3)(화학식 1)(화학식 2)에 기재된 화합물로부터 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 생물활성 섬유 제품.
- 제 1항 및 제 3항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르는 생물활성 첨가제를 추가 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 생물활성 섬유 제품.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르는 생물활성 은 함유 첨가제를 추가 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 생물활성 섬유 제품.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르는 은 지르코늄 인산염을 추가 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 생물활성 섬유 제품.
- 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 섬유는 폴리에스테르 외피를 구비한 다성분 중심-외피 섬유이고, 상기 외피 부분은 상기 섬유의 단면적을 기준으로 15 내지 50%, 바람직하게는 15 내지 25%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 생물활성 섬유 제품.
- 제 1항 및 제 3항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 금속성 은, 바람직하게는 나노입자 형태인 금속성 은을 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는, 생물활성 섬유 제품.
