Claims (10)
- 放電極と、放電極に水を供給する供給手段とを備え、放電極に高電圧を印加することで放電極に保持される水を霧化させる静電霧化装置において、上記供給手段として、空気中の水分を基に放電極部分に水が生成されるように、冷却部と放熱部とを有するぺルチェユニットを備えて該ぺルチェユニットの冷却部側に放電極を設けることを特徴とする静電霧化装置。
- 放電極に対向する対向電極を設けて成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の静電霧化装置。
- ぺルチェユニットの冷却部と放電極とを、半田又は接着剤を介して接合させることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の静電霧化装置。
- ぺルチェユニットの冷却部と放電極とを、挟持部材により両者を挟み込むことで固定させることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の静電霧化装置。
- ぺルチェユニットの冷却部と放電極とを一体に成形することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の静電霧化装置。
- 対向電極を支持する支持枠を、ぺルチェユニットと連結させて備えることを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載の静電霧化装置。
- 上記支持枠を、ぺルチェユニットの放熱部側と連結させることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の静電霧化装置。
- 放電極部分に生成された水の漏出を防止する環状壁を、上記支持枠の放電極を囲む位置に備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の静電霧化装置。
- ぺルチェユニットの冷却部を、熱電素子と接続される回路を一面側に設けるとともに他面側に金属膜を設けて成る絶縁板で形成し、上記絶縁板の金属膜部分に放電極を半田接合させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の静電霧化装置。
- 放電極を金属膜で覆うことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の静電霧化装置。
