には、樹脂の熱伝導率よりも高い熱伝導率を有する鏡検
的に小さい粒子を含有する充填剤が備えられている絶縁
テープに関する。

する熱を主絶縁により(冷却された)固定子薄板体に導
出しなければならないので、この主絶縁は任意に厚手に

圧機械の場合には、主絶縁を定められた最少の厚さに維
持しなければならない。従って、絶縁材料が耐高圧性で
ありかつ同時に熱的に良好な伝導性であるという大きな
必要性が存在する。

載によれば、多層で導体束の周囲に巻き付けられている
多層絶縁テープからなる固定子コイルの主絶縁は、公知
である。絶縁テープは、事前に含浸用樹脂を備えている
かまたは含浸用樹脂は、絶縁テープを巻き付けた後に初
めて適用される。絶縁テープそれ自体は、多数の薄い雲
母層および強化ガラス織物層からなる。熱伝導性を改善
するために、含浸樹脂には、0.1μm〜15μmの粒
径を有する良好な熱伝導性の無機充填剤、例えば窒化硼
素、窒化アルミニウム、窒化珪素、酸化アルミニウム、
酸化マグネシウム、酸化ベリリウムまたは炭化珪素が混
入され、この場合ガラス織物の目内での充填度は、少な
くとも90重量%である。

- 【請求項1】 1つまたはそれ以上の織物層(6)およ
び雲母層(5)からなり、この場合本質的に糸(7a,
7b)から構成された織物(6)の目が樹脂(8)で充
填されており、この樹脂には、樹脂の熱伝導率よりも高

る充填剤が備えられている絶縁テープにおいて、織物
(6)の糸(7a,7b)には樹脂またはラッカーから
なる保護被膜(10)が備えられており、この場合この
保護被膜(10)は本質的に織物(6)の糸を包囲して
いるだけで、織物の目を閉塞しておらず、雲母の含量は
充填剤に対して重量%で表現して1よりも大きいかまた
は少なくとも1と等しいことを特徴とする、1つまたは
それ以上の織物層および雲母層からなる絶縁テープ。 - 【請求項2】 充填剤は窒化硼素、窒化アルミニウム、
窒化珪素、酸化アルミニウム、酸化マグネシウム、酸化
ベリリウムまたは炭化珪素からなる群から選択されてい
る1つの成分からなり、かつ充填剤の粒径は0.1μm
〜15μmの間にある、請求項1記載の絶縁テープ。 - 【請求項3】 保護層(10)は樹脂またはラッカーか
らなりかつ1μm〜10μmの間の厚さを有する、請求
項1または2に記載の絶縁テープ。 - 【請求項4】 織物(6)はガラス織物であるかまたは
ガラス糸からなるたて糸(7a)およびプラスチック、
例えばポリエステルからなるよこ糸(7b)を有する混
紡織物である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記
載の絶縁テープ。 - 【請求項5】 請求項1記載の絶縁テープを製造する方
法において、1つの織物から出発し、差当たり織物
(6)の糸(7a,7b)を薄液状の樹脂、有利にエポ
キシ樹脂で被覆し、したがって本質的に糸(7a,7
b)のみを保護層(10)で被覆するが、しかし樹脂は
織物の目を閉塞せず、その後に樹脂を充填剤と一緒に織
物(6)上に塗布し、引続きこのように前処理した織物
を雲母層(5)と接着することを特徴とする、請求項1
記載の絶縁テープの製造法。
