Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、ソジウム・モンモリロ
ナイトの水膨潤ゲル体と尿素との複合体を主成分とする
組成物からなる入浴剤であって、特に常時湿潤形態を保
持することを特徴とし、入湯前に体躯に塗布して、その
まま入湯し、体躯の周囲に濃厚に溶解せしめて、独持の
浴剤効果を高め又は浴湯に分散、懸濁して仕立てられ或
いは浴湯に分散して入浴しそのままの状態で乾燥させる
用法等をも有する新規の入浴剤に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来多くの入浴剤を提案されているが、
概ね温泉気分を家庭で簡易に体験することを目的とする
ものが多く皮膚の清浄化及び賦活化と共に血行促進等の
温熱保温効果を高める点でかなり効果的なものが出現し
ている。特に、注目すべきものとして、特開平５−７０
３４１号に開示される浴用剤組成物の如く、水膨潤性粘
土鉱物に硫酸マグネシウム，炭酸水素ナトリウム等の無
機塩類を含有せしめ、さらに、保湿剤，油脂分等の液性
成分を加えてなるものがあり、溶解性，非凝集性，流動
性等において効果を有するとされている。
【０００３】しかしながら、本発明者等の行った追試に
よれば、無機塩類は天然温泉等における如く、皮膚の温
熱保温効果等が優れていることは認められるもののこの
種の入浴剤に共存する保湿剤や油脂分が、無機塩類の本
来的に有する潮解性に基づき粉末の流動性，溶解性等が
次第に減少し入浴剤の品質を経時的に劣化させることが
認められた。即ち、無機塩類は入浴剤に添加されている
無機塩類以外の各種成分との間に負の相乗効果があるこ
とを知得した。
【０００４】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は上記の実状に
鑑みてなされたもので、粘土鉱物のなかでも、水膨潤性
が最も優れている天然又は合成のソジウム・モンモリロ
ナイトを使用し、これと尿素との複合体が溶解性，非凝
集性，皮膚の清浄化及び温熱保温効果等が抜群であり、
経時的にも品質が安定していることを知得し、新規の入
浴剤を提出するに至りたるものである。
【０００５】従来の入浴剤は概ね粉体であって、浴槽に
温湯を溜めてこれを投じて入浴するものである。しか
し、本発明に係る入浴剤は、ソジウム・モンモリロナイ
トの水膨潤ゲル体に尿素を添加してなる複合体からな
り、常に湿潤形態であることがその最大の特徴である。
従って本発明入浴剤は、入浴前に躯体に塗布されて、し
かるのち、温湯等に躯体を沈め、躯体表面から漸次溶解
分散させる用法が可能であり躯体の周囲に最も濃厚に溶
解白濁する状態が維持され、独特の溶剤効果を長時間達
成しうる。この場合自らの動作によりパックから溶解す
る入浴剤を形成するので、ゆとりと遊びの場をも提供し
うる趣向を有する。
【０００６】また、組成物が、ソジウム・モンモリロナ
イト水膨潤体と尿素との複合物であるから、皮膚細胞の
角質化した老廃物に有効に作用し、これを包括して除去
し、また、皮脂線から出る皮脂、汗線から出る汗等をも
包括して皮膚の清浄化に寄与し、特に、湿潤剤，油脂分
と共用して、快適なしっとり感を与えるとともに、生薬
その他の薬剤を共存せしめて湿疹，皮膚炎等の治療に有
力な手段となり、水膨潤ゲル体が浴湯中に超微粒子とし
て分散し、特に含有される湿潤剤，油脂分又は生薬等の
各成分を担持して皮膚の細部にまで有効に浸透する入浴
剤を提供しうる。また、皮膚に直接塗布するクリームや
ローションとも近似し、出来るだけ長く皮膚上に止めて
薬効を享受しうるが如き入浴剤をも提供しうるものであ
る。
【０００７】
【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、 ａ．天然又は合成のソジウム・モンモリロナイトの水膨
潤ゲル体と尿素との複合体を主成分とし、 ｂ．これに保湿剤，油脂分，生薬類，酵素類，エキス
類，ハーブ類，浴用助剤のいずれか１種又は２種以上を
含有せしめてなる組成物であって。 ｃ．常時湿潤形態を保持する ｄ．入浴剤 をその要旨として成立するものである。
【０００８】組成物中の保湿剤としては、１，３−ブチ
レングリコール，乳酸ナトリウム，乳酸，ＤＬ−ピロリ
ドンカルボン酸ナトリウム，グリセリン，プロピレング
リコール，ソルビトールから１種又は２種以上が選ばれ
る。また、油脂分として、ホホバ油，スクワラン油，米
胚芽油，ビタミンＥ，小麦胚芽油，カロット油，オリー
ブ油，アボカド油，ハッカ油，アルモンド油，ヒノキ
油，オレンジ油，ラベンダー油，ローズマリー油から１
種又は２種以上が選ばれる。生薬類には、ジオウ，桃
葉，サボンソウ，オウゴン，カミツレ，オトキリ，マン
ネンソウ，サルビア，ニワトコ，ハマメリス，ゴボウ，
クチジャコウ，ゲンチアナ，アセトヤク，エンメイソ
ウ，チョウジ，スギナの各エキスから選ばれる１種又は
２種がある。また、酵素類として、トリプシン，パパイ
ン，プロテアーゼ，ノゾチームの各蛋白質分解酵素から
選ばれる１種又は２種がある。エキス類には、米醗酵エ
キス，イリスエキス，甘草エキス又はニンニクエキスか
ら１種又は２種以上が選ばれる。ハーブ類にはカモミ
ル，キイヒ，ジャスミン，ウィキョウ，ダイウンキョ
ウ，ショウキョウ，ハッカ，チョウジ，トウヒ，コンボ
ク，サンシン，チンピ，ニンジン，ヨモギ，ケイガイ，
コウカ，トウガラシ，モクツウ又はオウバクから１種又
は２種以上が選択される。さらに、浴用助剤として、核
酸，デオキシリボ核酸又はそのカリウム塩或いはナトリ
ウム塩，りん酸の各種塩類，リボ核酸又はナトリウム
塩，グリチルリチン酸又はそのカリウム塩，グリチルレ
チン酸又はそのステアリン塩から１種又は２種以上が選
ばれる。
【０００９】ソジウム・モンモリロナイト水膨潤ゲル体
のｐＨは９．０程度のアルカリ性であるが、以下の実施
例における例１〜３の組成物は概ねｐＨが５．０〜６．
０の範囲に調節され好適な入浴剤を提供している。

【実施例】
例１．主として、アトピー性皮膚疾患に効果が期待でき

効果を収めたのち、シャワー又は塗布したまま浴槽内体

に期待される。例２と同様、ボディパック後、シャワー

６０〜１００グラムを小浴槽の浴湯中に分散して入浴
後、上り湯又はシャワーを用いないでタオルで拭っただ
けで、クリーム塗布と同様の効果が得られるものがあ
る。

Claims (2)

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 天然又は合成のソジウム・モンモリロナ
    イトの水膨潤ゲル体と尿素との複合体を主成分とし、こ
    れに保湿剤，油脂分，生薬類，酵素類，エキス類，ハー
    ブ類，浴用助剤のいずれか１種又は２種以上を含有せし
    めてなる組成物であって、常時湿潤形態を保持すること
    を特長とする入浴剤。
  2. 【請求項２】 保湿剤が１，３−ブチレングリコール，
    乳酸ナトリウム，乳酸，ＤＬ−ピロリドンカルボン酸ナ
    トリウム，グリセリン，プロピレングリコール，ソルビ
    トールから選ばれる１種又は２種以上であり、油脂分が
    ホホバ油，スクワラン油，米胚芽油，ビタミンＥ，小麦
    胚芽油，カロット油，オリーブ油，アボカド油，ハッカ
    油，アルモンド油，ヒノキ油、オレンジ油，ラベンダー
    油，ローズマリー油から選ばれる１種又は２種以上であ
    り、生薬類がジオウ，桃葉，サボンソウ，オウゴン，カ
    ミツレ，オトギリ，マンネンソウ，サルビア，ニワト
    コ，ハマメリス，ゴボウ，クチジャコウ，ゲンチアナ，
    アセンヤク，エンメイソウ，チョウジ，スギナから選ば
    れる１種又は２種以上であり、酵素類がトリプシン，パ
    パイン，フロテアーゼ，リゾチームの蛋白質分解酵素か
    ら選ばれる１種又は２種以上であり、エキス類が米醗酵
    エキス，イリスエキス，甘草エキス又はニンニクエキス
    から選ばれる１種又は２種以上であり、ハーブ類がカモ
    ミル，キイヒ，ジャスミン，ウイキョウ，ダイウンキョ
    ウ，ショウキョウ，ハッカ，チョウジ、トウヒ，コンボ
    ク，サンシン，チンピ，ニンジン，ヨモギ，ケイガイ，
    コウカ，トウガラシ，モクツウ又はオウバクから選ばれ
    る１種又は２種以上であり、浴用助剤が核酸，デオキシ
    リボ核酸又はそのカリウム塩或いはナトリウム塩，りん
    酸の各種塩類，リボ核酸又はそのナトリウム塩，グリチ
    ルリチン酸又はそのカリウム塩，グリチルレチン酸又は
    そのステアリル塩から選ばれる１種又は２種以上である
    請求項１記載の入浴剤。
