Claims (110)
- 冷凍菓子内の氷晶の平均直径が50μm以下である、華氏17度と華氏26度との間の温度を有する、5分未満に作られた単回分の前記冷凍菓子を提供するための方法であって、
前記単回分の前記冷凍菓子を提供するためにマシンの凹部にポッドを挿入することと、
前記凹部の側壁に対して前記ポッドの側壁を接触させることと、
前記マシンの冷蔵システムで前記凹部を冷却し、前記マシンのモータを前記ポッド内部の混合パドルに接続しながら、前記ポッドから熱を伝達することと、
前記ポッド内部の前記混合パドルを回転させて、前記ポッドの内径から前記冷凍菓子の蓄積を除去し、前記ポッド内の材料の残りの中に前記冷凍菓子を機械的にかき混ぜ入れながら、前記ポッドの中心に前記冷凍菓子を分散させ、前記ポッドの前記中心から前記マシンの前記凹部と接触している前記ポッドの前記側壁の前記より冷たい内径に前記より温かい材料を移動させて、伝熱を助長することと
