resumo patente de invenção: "composição para o preparo de produtos congelados caseiros de confeitaria". a presente invenção refere-se a uma composição não perecível para o preparo de um produto congelado de confeitaria, a qual compreende: (i) um agente adoçante; (ii) uma gordura láctea; e (iii) um ou mais polissacarídeos que tenham valor de dextrose equivalente (de) de no máximo 40; com a condição de que a composição não compreenda emulsionantes ou estabilizantes adicionados. a presente invenção também diz respeito a um método para preparar um produto congelado de confeitaria, misturando-se a referida composição com gelo e um líquido e homogeneizando a mistura.
