Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una composición de larga duración para la preparación de un producto de confitería congelado que comprende: (i) un agente edulcorante; (ii) una grasa de lácteos; y (iii) uno o más polisacáridos con un valor de Equivalente de Dextrosa (DE) de máximo 40; con la condición que la composición no comprende emulsionantes o estabilizantes agregados. La presente invención se refiere además a un método para preparar un producto de confitería congelado al mezclar dicha composición con hielo y un líquido comestible y mezclar la mezcla.
