Abstract
Description
図1に示す本実施形態に係る電気接続箱1は、自動車等の車両に搭載され、ワイヤハーネスWH1に組み込まれるものである。ワイヤハーネスWH1は、例えば、車両に搭載される各電子機器D(図5参照)との接続のために、電力供給や信号通信に用いられる複数の配索材Wを束にして集合部品とし、コネクタ等で複数の配索材Wを各電子機器Dに接続するようにしたものである。ワイヤハーネスWH1は、導電性を有する配索材Wと、配索材Wに対して電気的に接続される電気接続箱1とを備える。配索材Wは、例えば、金属棒、電線、電線束等によって構成される。金属棒は、導電性を有する棒状部材の外側を、絶縁性を有する被覆部によって覆ったものである。電線は、複数の導電性を有する金属素線からなる導体部(芯線)の外側を、絶縁性を有する被覆部によって覆ったものである。電線束は、当該電線を束ねたものである。ワイヤハーネスWH1は、複数の配索材Wを束ねて集約すると共に、束ねられた配索材Wの端末に設けられたコネクタ等を介して電気接続箱1が電気的に接続される。ワイヤハーネスWH1は、この他、さらに、グロメット、プロテクタ、外装材、固定具等を含んで構成されてもよい。

次に、第2実施形態に係る電気接続箱1Aについて図7を用いて説明する。第2実施形態に係る電気接続箱1Aは、第1実施形態に係る電気接続箱1に対して分岐箱ハウジングカバー52が中間支持部73を備えていない点が相違する。以下に、第2実施形態に係る電気接続箱1Aにおいて、第1実施形態に係る電気接続箱1と異なる点について説明する。
次に、第3実施形態に係る電気接続箱1Bについて図8を用いて説明する。第3実施形態に係る電気接続箱1Bは、第1実施形態に係る電気接続箱1に対して分岐箱ハウジングカバー52が中間支持部73を備えていない点が相違する。以下に、第3実施形態に係る電気接続箱1Bにおいて、第1実施形態に係る電気接続箱1と異なる点について説明する。

Claims (3)
- 導電性を有するバスバーと、
当該バスバーを内部の収容空間に収容する絶縁性のハウジング本体と、
前記ハウジング本体に対して、前記バスバーを外部に露出する全開位置と、前記バスバーを外部に対して閉塞する全閉位置とに開閉するカバーと、
前記バスバーに対して電力を供給する電力供給線と、
を備え、
前記ハウジング本体は、前記電力供給線の先端に設けられた端子を着脱可能なコネクタを外部に露出する位置に有し、
前記電力供給線が長さ方向へ移動することを規制する規制部を前記カバーに設け、
前記電力供給線は、前記端子を前記コネクタに接続した状態において、前記カバーを前記全閉位置から前記全開位置側へ移動させた途中で前記規制部によって前記長さ方向に対してテンションが発生する、
ことを特徴とする電気接続箱。 - 前記カバーは、前記ハウジング本体に対して、回転軸を中心として開閉可能に支持され、
前記規制部は、前記回転軸の軸方向の一方から視た場合、前記回転軸と前記コネクタとの間に位置する、
請求項1に記載の電気接続箱。 - 前記カバーは、前記全閉位置において前記回転軸の軸方向の一方から視た場合、前記規制部と前記コネクタとの間において、前記電力供給線の一部を支持する中間支持部を有する、
