Abstract
Description
本発明は、2018年9月21日付で出願された韓国特許出願第10−2018−0113966号及び2019年9月6日付で出願された韓国特許出願第10−2019−0110895号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容を本明細書の一部として含む。
グラフト率(%)=[(乾燥物の重量)−(共役ジエン系重合体の重量)]/[共役ジエン系重合体の重量]×100
共役ジエン系重合体の重量=グラフト共重合体粉末2gに理論上投入された共役ジエン系重合体の固形分重量;またはグラフト共重合体を赤外線分光法で分析して測定した共役ジエン系重合体の重量
本発明の一実施形態による熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、1)共役ジエン系重合体、芳香族ビニル系単量体及びビニルシアン系単量体単位を含む第1共重合体;及び2)芳香族ビニル系単量体単位及びビニルシアン系単量体単位を含む第2共重合体を含み、前記1)第1共重合体は、グラフト率が32から50%であり、前記2)第2共重合体は、重量平均分子量が85,000から115,000g/molであり、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、前記第1共重合体を30重量%以下、残留オリゴマーを1.1重量%以下で含む。
前記第1共重合体は、共役ジエン系重合体、芳香族ビニル系単量体単位及びビニルシアン系単量体単位を含む第1共重合体を含む。
前記第2共重合体は、芳香族ビニル系単量体単位及びビニルシアン系単量体単位を含む。
グラフト共重合体及びマトリックス共重合体を下記表1及び表2に記載された含量で均一に混合し、熱可塑性樹脂組成物を製造した。
実施例及び比較例の熱可塑性樹脂組成物をバレルの温度が230℃に設定された二軸押出機に投入してペレット状に製造した。そして、ペレット状の熱可塑性樹脂組成物の物性を下記のような方法で測定し、その結果を表1及び2に記載した。
実験例1で製造したペレット状の熱可塑性樹脂組成物を射出して試片を製造し、試片の物性を下記のような方法で測定し、その結果を表1及び表2に記載した。
Claims (11)
- 共役ジエン系重合体、芳香族ビニル系単量体単位及びビニルシアン系単量体単位を含む第1共重合体;及び芳香族ビニル系単量体単位及びビニルシアン系単量体単位を含む第2共重合体を含む熱可塑性樹脂組成物であって、
前記第1共重合体は、グラフト率が32から50%であり、
前記第2共重合体は、重量平均分子量が85,000から115,000g/molであり、
前記第1共重合体を30重量%以下、残留オリゴマーを1.1重量%以下で含む、熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - 前記第2共重合体は、90,000g/molから115,000g/molである、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 残留オリゴマーを1重量%以下で含む、請求項1又は2に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 流動指数が220℃、10kgの条件下で30g/10分以上である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 流動指数が220℃、10kgの条件下で30から50g/10分である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記第1共重合体は、グラフト率が35から45%である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記第1共重合体は、シェルの重量平均分子量が55,000から95,000g/molである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記共役ジエン系重合体は、平均粒径が0.05から0.5μmである、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記第1共重合体は、残留オリゴマーを1.5重量%以下で含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記第2共重合体は、残留オリゴマーを1.6重量%以下で含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- 前記第1共重合体10から30重量%;及び
前記第2共重合体70から90重量%で含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
