Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態を示すタイヤ1のトレッド部2の展開図である。本実施形態のタイヤ1は、例えば、乗用車用の空気入りタイヤであって、サーキット走行専用の高性能タイヤである。但し、本発明は、このような態様に限定されるものではなく、例えば、公道走行用のタイヤや、公道走行を可能としつつサーキットでの性能を重視したスポーツタイヤでも良い。
装着リム:18×9.5J
タイヤ内圧:180kPa
テスト車両:排気量3700cc、後輪駆動車
タイヤ装着位置:全輪
上記テスト車両でウェット路面からなる周回コースを走行したときのウェット性能が、運転者の官能により評価された。結果は、比較例を100とする評点であり、数値が大きい程、ウェット性能が優れていることを示す。
上記テスト車両でドライ路面の周回コースを走行したときの操縦安定性が、運転者の官能により評価された。結果は、比較例を100とする評点であり、数値が大きい程、操縦安定性が優れていることを示す。
上記テスト車両で一定距離走行した後、周方向溝の残り深さが測定された。結果は、比較例の前記周方向溝の残り深さを100とする指数であり、数値が大きい程、耐摩耗性能が優れていることを示す。
テスト結果が表1に示される。

Claims (16)
- トレッド部を有するタイヤであって、
前記トレッド部は、タイヤ赤道の両側でタイヤ周方向に連続してジグザグ状に延びる2本の周方向溝と、前記2本の周方向溝に区分された3つの陸部で構成され、
前記3つの陸部は、タイヤ赤道上に配されたクラウン陸部と、トレッド接地端を含む2つのショルダー陸部とを含み、
前記ショルダー陸部の少なくとも一方は、タイヤ軸方向に対して傾斜して延びる複数の主傾斜溝及び複数の副傾斜溝を含み、
前記主傾斜溝は、前記ショルダー陸部内で途切れるタイヤ軸方向の内端と、前記トレッド接地端のタイヤ軸方向外側に配されたタイヤ軸方向の外端とを有し、
前記副傾斜溝は、前記ショルダー陸部内で途切れるタイヤ軸方向の内端及び外端を有する、
タイヤ。 - 前記周方向溝の溝中心線のジグザグ振幅は、前記周方向溝の溝幅よりも小さい、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記周方向溝は、第1傾斜部と、前記第1傾斜部よりも長く、かつ前記第1傾斜部とは逆向き傾斜する第2傾斜部とを含む、請求項1又は2に記載のタイヤ。

前記主傾斜溝は、前記第1傾斜部と同じ向きに傾斜している、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。 - 前記副傾斜溝の前記内端は、前記主傾斜溝の前記内端よりもタイヤ軸方向外側に位置している、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。
- タイヤ周方向で隣り合う前記主傾斜溝の間には、溝として1本の前記副傾斜溝のみが設けられている、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。
- 前記主傾斜溝は、前記内端側の急傾斜部と、前記外端側の緩傾斜部とを含み、
前記緩傾斜部のタイヤ軸方向に対する角度は、前記急傾斜部のタイヤ軸方向に対する角度よりも小さい、請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。 - 前記ショルダー陸部のタイヤ軸方向の幅は、前記クラウン陸部のタイヤ軸方向の幅の1.3〜1.9倍である、請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。
