Claims (19)
- ゲートパネルドライブ(5)の回転によって開閉することができるゲートパネル(10)と、
前記ゲートパネルドライブ(5)に結合されたモータ(3)と、
前記ゲートパネル(10)の開放及び/又は閉鎖を減速することができる制動アセンブリ(7)と、
前記ゲートパネル(10)の少なくとも1つの移動パラメータを決定するための第1の測定デバイス(6)と、
を含む、崩落防止機構を有するゲートであって、
前記モータ(3)の少なくとも1つの移動パラメータを決定するための第2の測定デバイス(1)と、
前記ゲートパネル(10)及び前記モータ(3)の測定された前記移動パラメータを比較し、かつ前記ゲートパネル(10)及び前記モータ(3)の測定された前記移動パラメータが互いに定められた関係から外れる場合に前記制動アセンブリ(7)をトリガする比較器(9)と、
を含むことを特徴とするゲート。 - 前記第1の測定デバイス(6)によって決定された前記ゲートパネル(10)の移動パラメータが、このゲートパネル(10)の並進速度であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゲート。
- 前記第1の測定デバイス(6)によって決定された前記ゲートパネル(10)の移動パラメータが、前記ゲートパネルドライブ(5)の角度位置であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項2のいずれか1項に記載のゲート。
- 前記第2の測定デバイス(1)によって決定された前記モータ(3)の移動パラメータが、回転モータシャフトの回転速度であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のゲート。
- 前記第2の測定デバイス(1)によって決定された前記モータ(3)の移動パラメータが、回転モータシャフトの角度位置であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のゲート。
- 前記制動アセンブリ(7)は、摩擦ブレーキを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のゲート。
- 前記摩擦ブレーキの制動要素が、前記制動アセンブリ(7)がトリガされた時に前記ゲートパネルシャフト(5)と共に回転する制動面と摩擦係合状態にあることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のゲート。
- 前記モータは、前記ゲートパネルをある位置に保持することができ、かつ前記モータが特に同期モータとして具現化される前記モータの停止に対して制御されるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のゲート。
- 前記制動アセンブリ(7)は、前記ゲートパネルの閉鎖運動を定められた停止距離内で停止させることができることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のゲート。
- 前記ゲートパネルドライブ上に形成された少なくとも1つの駆動ホイールが、ゲートの高さ方向に延びる少なくとも1つの駆動デバイスに係合することができることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載のゲート。
- 開放位置での前記ゲートは、一種の螺旋ガイド内に格納されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載のゲート。
- ゲートパネルドライブ(5)の回転によって開閉することができるゲートパネル(10)を備えたゲートの崩落防止機構をトリガする方法であって、
前記ゲートパネル(10)の少なくとも1つの移動パラメータが、第1の測定デバイス(6)によって決定され、
モータ(3)の少なくとも1つの移動パラメータが、第2の測定デバイス(1)によって決定され、
前記ゲートパネル(10)及び前記モータ(3)の測定された前記移動パラメータは、比較器(9)によって比較され、かつ
前記ゲートの開放及び/又は閉鎖を減速する制動アセンブリ(7)が、前記モータ(3)及び前記ゲートパネル(10)の前記移動パラメータが定められた関係から外れる場合にトリガされる、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ゲートパネル(10)の並進速度が、前記第1の測定デバイス(6)によって決定されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ゲートパネルドライブ(5)の角度位置が、前記第1の測定デバイス(6)によって決定されることを特徴とする請求項11及び請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記モータ(3)の回転モータシャフトの回転速度が、前記第2の測定デバイス(1)によって決定されることを特徴とする請求項11から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記モータ(3)の回転モータシャフトの角度位置が、前記第2の測定デバイス(1)によって決定されることを特徴とする請求項11から請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ゲートの前記開放及び/又は閉鎖は、摩擦ブレーキによって減速されることを特徴とする請求項11から請求項15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 制動要素が、前記制動アセンブリ(7)がトリガされた時に前記ゲートパネルドライブと共に回転する制動面に摩擦係合することを特徴とする請求項11から請求項16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記制動アセンブリ(7)は、前記ゲートの閉鎖運動を定められた停止距離内で停止させることを特徴とする請求項11から請求項17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
