Description
Claims (11)
- 複数の永久に変形可能なワイヤ(2,2’,3,3’)と、少なくとも1つの補強要素(5)とで成る六角形メッシュを有する補強ネット(1,10)の製造機械であって、当該機械は、第1ワイヤ(2,2’)と第2ワイヤ(3,3’)とを2つずつ相互にらせん状に巻く機構であって、前記補強要素(5)のための通路を備えた当該機構と、
−前記機械上に搭載され、内部に前記第1ワイヤ(2,2’)の所定の長さを備えた複数の容器(90,90’)から送り込まれる、前記第1ワイヤ(2,2’)、
−前記らせん状に巻く機構で2つずつ編み込むために前記第1ワイヤと交互に送り込まれる前記第2ワイヤ(3)の一部、および、
−前記機械に送り込まれる前記補強要素(5)
のための搬送システムとを備え、
すべての前記補強要素(5)に対して、前記第2ワイヤ(3’)の1つのためのワイヤ容器(202)が提供され、前記ワイヤ容器は前記補強要素の周りを回転可能である機械。 - 前記ワイヤ容器(202)がリールである請求項1に記載の機械。
- すべての前記補強要素(5)に対して、前記第1ワイヤ(2,2’)を送り込むための前記容器(90)の2つ(90’)が、他の容器よりも細い請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の機械。
- 前記相互にらせん状に巻く機構が、

- 複数のワイヤ(2,3,2’,3’)と少なくとも1つの補強要素(5)からなる六角形メッシュを有する多数ツイストネット(1,10)であって、前記ワイヤは、2つのワイヤが一緒にらせん状に巻かれる第1縒り部(7,7’’)として、かつ前記ワイヤが一緒に前記補強要素の周りをらせん状に巻かれる第2縒り部(7’)として、2つずつ一緒にらせん状に巻かれ、前記補強要素が前記ワイヤの強度よりも大きい強度を有するネット。
- 前記補強要素がケーブル、ロープまたは高強度鋼線である請求項6に記載のネット。
- 前記補強要素(5)が、いくつかの片撚りで構成される金属ケーブルであり、全体の直径が、ネットの残りを作り出す永久に変形可能なワイヤの少なくとも2倍である請求項7に記載のネット。
- 前記補強要素が少なくともおよそ500kg/mm2の強度を有する高強度ワイヤである請求項6に記載のネット。
- 前記補強要素の方向に垂直に配置され、前記第1縒り部(7’’)に挿入される、少なくとも1つの横方向補強要素(11)をさらに備える請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載のネット。
- 請求項6〜10のいずれか1項に記載のネットを製造する方法であって、前記方法が:
−複数のワイヤ(2,2’,3,3’)を供給するステップと、
−前記ワイヤの強度よりも大きい強度を有する少なくとも1つの補強要素(5)を供給するステップと、
−隣接するワイヤ(2,2’,3,3’)を、2つのワイヤのみが一緒にらせん状に巻かれる第1縒り部(7,7’’)と、2つのワイヤが一緒に前記補強要素の周りをらせん状に巻かれる第2縒り部(7’)に、らせん状に巻くステップと、
を含む方法。
