Claims (10)
1. Stroj koji služi za proizvodnju ojačane mreže (1, 10), koja ima šesterokutna oka koja sadrže više žica koje se može trajno deformirati (2, 2’, 3, 3’) i najmanje jedan ojačavajući element (5), gdje stroj sadrži mehanizam za recipročno namatanje prvih žica (2, 2’) i drugih žica (3, 3’) po dvoje, gdje navedeni mehanizam sadrži prolaze za ojačavajuće elemente (5), te sustav za dodavanje, za:
– prve žice (2, 2’), koje se dodaje iz više spremnika (90, 90’), postavljenih na stroj i koji unutra sadrže zadanu duljinu navedenih prvih žica (2, 2’),
– dio drugih žica (3), koje se, naizmjence s prvim žicama, s kojima ih treba ispreplesti, dodaje po dvoje u mehanizam za namatanje, te
– ojačavajući elementi (5), kojeg se dodaje u stroj,
naznačen time što je za svaki ojačavajući element (5) prisutan kalem (202), s kojeg se dodaje jednu od preostalih navedenih drugih žica (3’), gdje se kalem može vrtjeti oko ojačavajućeg elementa.
2. Stroj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što su, za svaki ojačavajući element (5), dva spremnika (90’), iz kojih se dodaje prve žice (2, 2’), koje su, za vrijeme rada, bliže ojačavajućem elementu (5), uži nego drugi.
3. Stroj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što mehanizam za recipročno namatanje sadrži:
– gornji par potporanja (30, 32) za zakretljiva poluvaljkasta tijela (60, 62, 60a, 62a), gdje svako od zakretljivih poluvaljkastih tijela ima provrt (70, 72), kroz kojeg prolazi prva ili druga žica (2, 3, 2’, 3’), te koje se može spariti po dvoje i zakretati u parovima, kako bi tvorili uvijene dijelove (7, 7’) mreže, gdje najmanje jedan par (60a, 62a) navedenih zakretljivih poluvaljkastih tijela dodatno ima utor (110, 112), u kojeg ulazi ojačavajući element (5), dok se žice (2, 2’, 3, 3’) namata zajedno ili oko navedenog ojačavajućeg elementa,
– donji par potporanja (34, 36) za zakretljiva poluvaljkasta tijela (64, 66, 64a, 66a), gdje su donji par potporanja i poluvaljkasta tijela izravno odgovaraju gornjem paru potporanja i odgovarajućim poluvaljkastim tijelima, koje se može pomicati sinkrono s njima, gdje najmanje jedan par (64a, 66a) navedenih zakretljivih poluvaljkastih tijela dodatno sadrži utor (114, 116), u kojeg ulazi ojačavajući element (5),
te što više žica (3, 3’) može klizati između poluvaljkastih tijela (66, 66a) jednog potpornja (36) iz donjeg para potporanja i odgovarajućih poluvaljkastih tijela (62, 62a) odgovarajućeg potpornja (32) iz gornjeg para potporanja.
4. Stroj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time što su potpornji (30, 32, 34, 36) za poluvaljkasta tijela (60, 62, 64, 66, 60a, 62a, 64a, 66a) šipke koje imaju poprečni presjek u obliku slova U i nalaze se u parovima, gdje odgovarajući otvoreni rubovi (50, 52, 54, 56) slova U okrenuti jedan prema drugom leže u okomitoj ravnini simetrije i mogu se pomicati u smjeru svoje duljine, gdje je više prolaznih sjedišta (48) načinjeno na rubovima (50, 52, 54, 56) svake od šipki (30, 32, 34, 36) iz svakog para okrenutog prema odgovarajućim rubovima (52, 50, 56, 54) sparene šipke, gdje je svako prolazno sjedište okrenuto prema sličnom sjedištu (48), načinjenom na rubu druge šipke iz istog para za poluvaljkasta tijela, gdje se svaki utor (112, 110, 116, 114) u poluvaljkastim tijelima (62a, 60a, 66a, 64a) odgovarajuće nastavlja preko ruba (52, 50, 56, 54) svake od šipki (32, 30, 36, 34) u drugi utor (122, 120, 126, 124), te gdje utori (112, 110, 116, 114) u poluvaljkastim tijelima u utorima (122, 120, 126, 124) na rubovima šipki imaju dubinu malo veću od polumjera ojačavajućeg elementa (5) i ukupnu širinu koja je jednaka širini oka mreže, plus promjer ojačavajućeg elementa (5).
5. Višestruko upletena mreža (1, 10), koja ima šesterokutna oka koja sadrže više žica (2, 3, 2’, 3’) i najmanje jedan ojačavajući element (5), gdje se žice namata zajedno po dvoje u primarno uvijene dijelove (7, 7”), gdje se dvije žice namata zajedno u istom smjeru uvijanja, i sekundarno uvijene dijelove (7’), gdje se žice namata zajedno i oko ojačavajućeg elementa,
naznačena time što navedeni ojačavajući element ima veću čvrstoću od čvrstoće žica i ima čvrstoću veću od 500 kg/mm2.
6. Mreža u skladu s prethodnim patentnim zahtjevom, naznačena time što je ojačavajući element kabel, uže ili čelična žica visoke čvrstoće.
7. Mreža u skladu s prethodnim patentnim zahtjevom, naznačena time što je ojačavajući element (5) metalni kabel, koji se sastoji od nekoliko strukova i koji ima ukupni promjer koji je najmanje dvostruko deblji nego kod žica koje se može trajno deformirati koje čine ostatak mreže.
8. Mreža u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačena time što je ojačavajući element žica visoke čvrstoće.
9. Mreža u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 8, naznačena time što dodatno sadrži najmanje jedan poprečni ojačavajući element (11), koji se pruža okomito u odnosu na smjer pružanja ojačavajućih elemenata i umetnut je u primarno uvijene dijelove (7”).
10. Postupak proizvodnje mreže u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 9, naznačen time što se sastoji u koracima:
– osiguravanja više žica (2, 2’, 3, 3’),
– osiguravanja najmanje jednog ojačavajućeg elementa (5), koji ima veću čvrstoću od čvrstoće žica i čvrstoću veću od 500 kg/mm2,
– namatanja susjednih žica (2, 2’, 3, 3’) u istom smjeru uvijanja u primarno uvijene dijelove (7, 7”), gdje se samo dvije žice namata zajedno, i u sekundarno uvijene dijelove (7’), gdje se dvije žice namata zajedno i oko ojačavajućeg elementa.
