Description

Claims (8)
- 一列に配列する、大部分が主たる方向にまっすぐに伸長する部材(10,20)を含む防護金網において、該伸長する部材は、編み込まれる伸長する部材2本だけを含む編み込み部(24)で、一方が他方に編み込まれ、前記金網の網目を生じさせるために、前記主たる方向に対して横方向に、交互のループで折り曲げられるか又は折り返され、
一列に配列する前記伸長する部材は、第1の強度を有する伸長する複数の部材(10)を含む伸長する部材(10)の第1のグループと、前記第1の強度と比較してより強い第2の強度を有する少なくとも1本の伸長する補強部材(20)を含む伸長する部材(20)の第2のグループとから構成され、前記伸長する部材の第2のグループの前記少なくとも1本の伸長する補強部材(20)は交互のループで折り曲げられるか又は折り返され、該交互のループは前記伸長する部材の第1のグループの前記伸長する部材(10)が折り曲げられる交互のループと比較して、前記横方向への偏移が実質的により小さいことを特徴とする、防護金網。 - 前記少なくとも1本の伸長する補強部材(20)は、高強度金属ワイヤであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の金網。
- 前記少なくとも1本の伸長する補強部材(20)は、約1700N/m2の荷重強度を示すことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の金網。
- 前記伸長する部材の第2のグループの前記少なくとも1本の伸長する補強部材(20)は、前記伸長する部材の第1のグループの前記伸長する部材(10)の直径の少なくとも2倍の直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の金網。
- 前記金網は前記伸長する部材の第2のグループの伸長する補強部材(20)を複数含み、前記伸長する部材の第1のグループの伸長する部材(10)2本又はそれ以上当たりに、前記伸長する部材の第2のグループの伸長する補強部材(20)が1本ずつ前記金網に編み込まれるように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の金網。
- 伸長する部材(10,20)の大部分を主たる方向に供給するための供給手段と、前記伸長する部材(24)を前記主たる方向に対して横方向に互い違いのループで折り曲げるか又は折り返され、前記編み込み部で一方を他方に編み込むための編み込み手段と、円筒形ドラム(50)とを含み、該円筒形ドラムの外面には放射状に突出し、軸方向に等角度間隔で設けられる複数のピン(52,54)が全ての列に等間隔で固定され、前記筒形ドラムに数列の伸長される部材がくくりつけられ、いくつかのピン(54)は、前記間隔からずれて固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の金網の製造機械。
- 前記円筒形ドラム(50)近傍の個別のワイヤ張力装置により形成される万力組立体を含み、ずれて配置される前記ピン(54)に隣接するワイヤの張力装置は完全に緩んでいることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の金網。
- 一列に配列する伸長する部材(10,20)を主たる方向に供給するステップと、
前記網の網目を形成するために、編み込み部(24)で、対になる前記伸長する部材のうち一方を他方の周囲に編み込むステップとを含む金網の製造方法であって、
前記一列に配列する伸長する部材(10)は、第1の強度を有する伸長する複数の部材(10)を含む伸長する部材(10)の第1のグループと、前記第1の強度と比較してより強い第2の強度を有する少なくとも1本の伸長する補強部材(20)を含む伸長する部材(20)の第2のグループとから構成され、前記伸長する部材(20)の第2のグループの前記少なくとも1本の伸長する補強部材(20)は、交互のループで折り曲げられるか又は折り返され、該交互のループは前記伸長する部材の第1のグループの前記伸長する部材(10)が折り曲げられる交互のループと比較して、横方向への偏移が実質的により小さいことを特徴とする金網の製造方法。
