Abstract
Description
本実施形態の熱分解炉300は、支持台309に支持された略直方体箱型の炉本体301の一側部に、トレー部材41を出し入れ可能な開口部301a(図16参照)を備え、開閉可能な扉部342で開口部301aを閉塞可能に構成されている。
炉本体301は、開口部301aに開口を有する箱型の外壁部材302と、外壁部材302内に配置された箱型の内壁部材303とを備えている。内壁部材303は、開口部301aに開口を有している。外壁部材302及び内壁部材303は鋼板で形成されている。内壁部材303の内部には、トレー部材41上に載置されたパネル2がトレー部材41とともに収容される。
次に、炉本体301の配管構成について説明する。図13〜図15に示すように、熱分解炉300は、過熱蒸気を炉本体301の内壁部材303内へ導入するための過熱蒸気導入部350と、内壁部材303内のガスを炉本体301外部へ排出するためのガス導出部390(図15参照)とを備えている。
図14及び図15に示すように、処理対象のパネル2は、トレー部材41上に設けたパネル支持台400の上に載置されて、炉本体301内(内壁部材303内)に収容される。パネル支持台400は、パネル2が載置されるパネル載置部401と、パネル載置部401を支持する複数の脚部402とを備えている。
図24は、炉本体の他の例を説明するための横断面図である。図24(A)に示すように、扉部342は、閉じた状態で内壁部材303に対向する内向き面342aに、蓋用断熱材層323を保持する枠状の断熱レンガ保持部344を備えている。扉部342の内向き面342aには、断熱レンガ保持部344の内部及び周囲に蓋用断熱シート層321が貼り付けられている。断熱レンガ保持部344の内部に複数の断熱レンガが固定されて蓋用断熱材層323が形成されている。
次に、図25及び図26を参照しながら、配管構成の他の例について説明する。図25は、熱分解炉の変形例を一部横断面で示す概略的な側面図である。図26は、同熱分解炉を一部横断面で示す概略的な正面図である。
次に、ガス冷却装置の冷却ついて説明する。図27は、ガス冷却装置の冷却システムを概略的に示すブロック図である。ガス冷却装置6を冷却する冷却システム500は、冷却槽501に貯留した冷却水にガス冷却装置6を浸漬し、冷却水循環路502を介して冷却槽501内の冷却水を循環させながら、冷却水でガス冷却装置6を冷却する。冷却槽501内に配置されるガス冷却装置6の数は、この冷却システム500では2つであるが、1つであってもよいし、3つ以上であってもよい。
図28は、ガス冷却装置の冷却システムの他の例を概略的に示すブロック図である。この冷却システム500Aでは、冷却水を貯留する冷却水タンク508が冷却水循環路502に設けられいる。冷却システム500Aは、図28に示した熱交換器504や冷却媒体循環路505、冷却媒体タンク506、冷却媒体用ポンプ507を備えていないので、簡単な構成でガス冷却装置6を冷却できる。
次に、図29を参照しながら、熱分解炉の他の例を説明する。図29は、熱分解炉の他の例を概略的に示す側面図である。図29では、炉本体31A、導入準備室12A及び排出準備室13Aは縦断面で示されている。

Claims (4)
- プラスチック材料層を有するパネルを分解する熱分解炉を含む熱分解装置機構部と、前記熱分解炉へ供給する過熱蒸気を発生する過熱蒸気発生装置とを備えた熱分解装置であって、
前記熱分解炉の炉本体は、前記パネルを収容する空間を有する金属製の内壁部材と、前記内壁部材を囲う金属製の外壁部材とを備え、前記内壁部材と前記外壁部材との間に、前記内壁部材を囲う断熱材層と、前記内壁部材と前記断熱材層との間に設けられた蓄熱材層とを備えていることを特徴とする、熱分解装置。 - 前記内壁部材と前記外壁部材との間に、前記内壁部材を囲うようにして、柔軟性を有するシート状の断熱材からなる断熱シート層が設けられている、請求項1に記載の熱分解装置。
- 前記熱分解炉は、過熱蒸気を前記内壁部材内へ導入する過熱蒸気導入部を備え、
前記過熱蒸気導入部は、前記炉本体の前記外壁部材と前記内壁部材とを貫通して設けられた主配管部と、前記内壁部材の内部で前記主配管部から分岐した枝配管部とを備え、
前記主配管部は、前記外壁部材及び前記内壁部材を貫通して設けられた主配管と、前記主配管の炉外側の端部にねじ込み接続された主配管フランジとを備えている、請求項1又は2に記載の熱分解装置。 - 前記熱分解炉は、過熱蒸気を前記内壁部材内へ導入する過熱蒸気導入部と、前記内壁部材内のガスを前記炉本体の外部へ排出するためのガス導出部とを備え、
前記過熱蒸気導入部は、前記内壁部材の内部で、前記ガス導出部のガス排気口に向けて過熱蒸気を噴射する排気口向き噴射部を備えている、請求項1又は2に記載の熱分解装置。
