Claims (8)
- 熱処理炉内でワークを熱処理する熱処理方法であって、
前記熱処理炉内に前記ワークを搬入する搬入工程と、
前記熱処理炉内の前記ワークを熱源溶媒に浸漬する浸漬加熱工程と、
前記熱処理炉内を過熱水蒸気雰囲気とする過熱水蒸気化工程と、
前記熱処理炉内の前記ワークを過熱水蒸気雰囲気下に露出させて熱処理する熱処理工程と、
前記ワークを前記熱処理炉内から搬出する搬出工程と、を具備する熱処理方法。 - 前記熱源溶媒は、水、若しくは水を含む溶媒である請求項1に記載の熱処理方法。
- 前記熱処理工程の後であって前記搬出工程前に、前記ワークを前記熱源溶媒に浸漬して冷却する工程を含む請求項1又は2に記載の熱処理方法。
- 前記熱処理炉は、加熱手段として、さらに遠赤外線加熱を併用している請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の熱処理方法。
- 前記ワークは、リチウムイオン2次電池である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の熱処理方法。
- ワークを熱処理するための熱処理炉であって、
前記熱処理炉は、
前記ワークを収容可能であり、気体を密閉可能な空間と、
前記空間を過熱水蒸気雰囲気にすることが可能であり、前記ワークを過熱水蒸気により熱処理できる加熱手段と、
前記空間に存在する気体を排出するための排気口と、
前記ワークを熱源溶媒に浸漬したり、前記空間が前記過熱水蒸気雰囲気になったことを検知した後、前記ワークを前記熱源溶媒から露出させる溶媒制御手段と、
を具備する熱処理炉。 - 前記溶媒が、水、若しくは、水を含む溶媒である請求項6に記載の熱処理炉。
- 前記熱処理炉は、遠赤外線加熱が可能な加熱手段をさらに具備している請求項6又は7に記載の熱処理炉。
