Claims (30)
- 緩衝要素を備えるミッドソールに配置されるサポート要素であって、
第1のプラスチック材料を備える第1の部分部材と、
第2のプラスチック材料を備える2つの第2の部分部材とを備え、
前記第1のプラスチック材料は前記第2のプラスチック材料と異なり、
射出成形プロセスによって、2つの接続領域において、前記2つの第2の部分部材が前記第1の部分部材と各々回転可能および/または摺動可能に接続される、
サポート要素。 - 前記接続領域が前記2つの材料間の化学的結合を含まないように前記第1及び第2のプラスチック材料が選択される、請求項1に記載のサポート要素。
- 前記第1のプラスチック材料と前記第2のプラスチック材料が化学的に不相溶性である、請求項2に記載のサポート要素。
- 前記第1のプラスチック材料が、前記第2のプラスチック材料の第2の溶融温度よりも高い第1の溶融温度を有する、請求項2または3に記載のサポート要素。
- 前記第1のプラスチック材料と前記第2のプラスチック材料が、前記第1および/または第2のプラスチック材料の一方または両方に含まれる添加剤により化学的結合を形成しない、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載のサポート要素。
- 前記第1のプラスチック材料が、ポリアミド;特に、ポリアミド−6.6;ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの1つまたは複数の材料を含む、請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載のサポート要素。
- 前記第2のプラスチック材料が、ポリアミド;特に、ポリアミド−12;ポリオキシメチレン;ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの1つまたは複数の材料を含む、請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載のサポート要素。
- 前記サポート要素が、少なくとも1つのロック方向を備え、前記ロック方向で、前記第2の部分部材に対する前記第1の部分部材の並進が、別の方向よりも強く制限される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のサポート要素。
- 前記サポート要素が、少なくとも1つのロック軸を備え、前記ロック軸の周りで、前記第1の部分部材の回転が、別の軸の周りでの回転よりも強く制限される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のサポート要素。
- 前記接続領域が玉継手として提供される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のサポート要素。
- 前記接続領域がピストンとシリンダを備え、前記シリンダは第1の部分部材であり、前記ピストンは第2の部分部材であり、前記シリンダ内に前記ピストンが配置される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のサポート要素。
- 前記接続領域が、前記第2の部分部材に対する前記第1の部分部材の移動がポンピング作用を生み出すように提供される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のサポート要素。
- 前記サポート要素が、シューズソールを用いた歩行によって前記移動を生み出すことができるように提供される、請求項12に記載のサポート要素。
- 前記第1の部分部材および/または前記第2の部分部材が平坦部材として提供される、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のサポート要素。
- 前記第1の平坦部材と前記第2の平坦部材が互いに対して摺動可能に提供される、請求項14に記載のサポート要素。
- 前記第1の部分部材および/または前記第2の部分部材が、ロッド形状のセクションを備え、前記セクションが、前記接続領域内に延びる、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のサポート要素。
- 射出成形プロセスによって、複数の接続領域において、前記第1の部分部材が複数の第2の部分部材と回転可能および/または摺動可能に接続される、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載のサポート要素。
- 射出成形プロセスによって、複数の接続領域において、前記第2の部分部材が複数の第1の部分部材と回転可能および/または摺動可能に接続される、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載のサポート要素。
- 複数の第1の部分部材と複数の第2の部分部材とが、複数の接続領域において、回転可能および/または摺動可能に互いに交互に接続される、請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載のサポート要素。
- 請求項1から19のいずれか一項に記載のサポート要素を備える緩衝要素、特にミッドソール、またはミッドソールの一部。
- 前記緩衝要素が、発泡材、特に発泡熱可塑性ポリウレタンおよび/または発泡ポリエーテル−ブロック−アミドのランダム配向粒子を含む、請求項20に記載の緩衝要素。
- 請求項1から19のいずれか一項に記載のサポート要素を備えるソール。
- 前記ソールが、請求項20または21に記載の緩衝要素を備える、請求項22に記載のソール。
- 請求項22または23に記載のソールを備えるシューズ、特にランニングシューズ。
- 緩衝要素を備えるミッドソールに配置されるサポート要素を製造するための方法であって、第2のプラスチック材料を備える2つの前記第2の部分部材が、第1のプラスチック材料を備える前記第1の部分部材と、射出成形によって、2つの接続領域において、各々回転可能および/または摺動可能に接続され、前記第1のプラスチック材料は前記第2のプラスチック材料と異なる、製造方法。
- 前記第2の部分部材が、前記第1の部分部材が配置されたモールド内で、前記射出成形によって前記接続領域において前記第1の部分部材と回転可能および/または摺動可能に、製造され、同時に接続される、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 射出成形によって前記第1の部分部材も製造される、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の部分部材が、前記第2の部分部材が配置されたモールド内で射出成形によって前記接続領域において前記第2の部分部材と回転可能および/または摺動可能に、製造され、同時に接続される、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の部分部材も射出成形によって製造される、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記接続領域が前記2つの材料間の化学的結合を含まないように前記第1及び第2のプラスチック材料が選択され、
前記第1の部分部材と前記第2の部分部材とが、前記射出成形によって単一の製造ステップで前記接続領域において互いに回転可能および/または摺動可能に、製造され、同時に接続される、請求項25に記載の方法。
