図1は、本実施形態の空気入りタイヤ(以下、単に「タイヤ」という場合がある。)1のトレッド部2の展開図である。図1には、好ましい態様として、乗用車用のタイヤ1のトレッド部2が示される。但し、本発明は、例えば、重荷重用等の他のカテゴリーのタイヤ1として採用されても良い。

車両:4輪駆動車/2400cc(排気量)
全輪に試供タイヤが装着された上記車両が、乾燥アスファルト路面のテストコースを走行され、このときの車室内で聴取されるノイズが、テストドライバーの官能により評価された。結果は、比較例1を100とする評点で示される。数値が大きいほど優れている。

Claims (13)
- トレッド部を有する空気入りタイヤであって、
前記トレッド部には、タイヤ周方向に連続して延びる主溝で区分された陸部が設けられており、
前記陸部には、その接地面での幅が1.5mm未満である複数本のサイプと、前記接地面での幅が1.5mm以上である複数本の溝状部とが設けられ、
前記陸部に設けられる前記溝状部のタイヤ軸方向の長さは、いずれも、前記陸部の前記接地面のタイヤ軸方向の最大幅の15%以下であり、
前記サイプの少なくとも1本は、前記溝状部に連通している、
空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記陸部は、トレッド端を含むショルダー陸部である、請求項1記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記溝状部のタイヤ軸方向の長さは、前記サイプのタイヤ軸方向の長さよりも小さい、請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記サイプは、トレッド端に向かって延びる第1サイプを有し、
前記溝状部は、前記第1サイプに連通する第1溝状部を含み、
前記第1溝状部は、前記トレッド端上に配される、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記第1溝状部のタイヤ軸方向の内端と前記トレッド端との間のタイヤ軸方向距離は、5mm以下である、請求項4記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記溝状部は、前記第1溝状部よりもタイヤ軸方向内側に配される第2溝状部を含み、
前記サイプは、前記第2溝状部に連なってタイヤ軸方向に延びる第2サイプを含む、請求項4又は5に記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記サイプは、タイヤ周方向に延びる第3サイプを含み、
前記第2溝状部は、前記第3サイプに連なる、請求項6記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記サイプは、タイヤ周方向に延びる第3サイプを含み、
前記第1サイプは、前記第3サイプに連なる、請求項4ないし7のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記サイプは、前記第3サイプからタイヤ軸方向内側に延びる第4サイプを含み、
前記第4サイプは、前記陸部の前記接地面を折れ曲がって延びる、請求項7又は8に記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記陸部は、トレッド端を含むショルダー陸部であり、
前記ショルダー陸部とタイヤ軸方向外側で連なるバットレス部が設けられ、
前記バットレス部には、そのバットレス面での幅が1.5mm以上である複数本の凹状部が設けられ、
前記第1サイプの少なくとも1本は、前記トレッド端を超えて前記凹状部と連通している、請求項4ないし9のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記サイプには、面取り部が設けられる、請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載された空気入りタイヤを製造するためのタイヤ加硫金型であって、
前記トレッド部の外面を形成するためのトレッド成形面を含み、
前記トレッド成形面は、前記接地面を成形する基準面と、前記基準面から隆起して前記溝状部を成形する隆起部と、前記基準面に埋め込まれたブレードとを有し、
前記ブレードは、前記隆起部に固着される固着部を含む、
タイヤ加硫金型。 - 請求項12に記載のタイヤ加硫金型を用いて空気入りタイヤを製造するための空気入りタイヤの製造方法であって、
生タイヤを成形する工程と、
前記生タイヤを前記タイヤ加硫金型で加硫する工程とを含む、
空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
