Claims (7)
- 第1の材料で構成された第1の素体部と、該第1の素体部に積層されるとともに前記第1の材料とは組成が異なる第2の材料で構成された第2の素体部と、を含む積層構造を有する素体と、
前記素体の積層方向に対して平行な軸を有する積層コイルと、
前記積層方向から見て、前記積層コイルの内側領域に設けられた応力緩和部と
を備える、積層コイル部品。 - 前記素体が、前記第1の素体部および前記第2の素体部のうちの一方で他方を積層方向において挟んだ積層構造を有する、請求項1に記載の積層コイル部品。
- 前記第1の素体部と前記第2の素体部との間に、前記第1の材料と前記第2の材料とを含む混合組成材料で構成された中間層をさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載の積層コイル部品。
- 前記応力緩和部は前記積層方向において前記中間層に接している、請求項3に記載の積層コイル部品。
- 前記応力緩和部がスリット層である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の積層コイル部品。
- 前記応力緩和部は、前記積層方向から見て、前記積層コイルの内側領域にのみ設けられている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の積層コイル部品。
- 前記応力緩和部は前記積層コイルのコイル軸上に設けられている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の積層コイル部品。
