D/t≧20 ・・・・・・ 式(1)
D/t≧20 ・・・・・・ 式(1)
下記表1に示す、発明例1〜発明例19、及び比較例1〜比較例11の成分を含むオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼スラブを連続鋳造して製造した。続いて、熱間圧延及び、50%総圧下率で冷間圧延を行って冷延鋼板を製造した。更に、冷延鋼板を用いて鋼管を製造した。
Claims (3)
- 重量%で、シリコン(Si):0.1〜0.65%、マンガン(Mn):0.2〜3.0%、ニッケル(Ni):6.5〜12.0%、クロム(Cr):14.5〜20.5%、銅(Cu):6.0%以下(但し0%は除外),炭素(C)+窒素(N):0.13%以下(但し0%は除外),残りはFe及び不可避な不純物を含み、鋼管の外径(D)及び鋼管の厚さ(t)に関する下記式(1)を満たし、降伏強度が195MPa以下であることを特徴とするシワ抵抗性に優れたオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼管。
D/t≧20 ・・・・・・ 式(1) - ASTM結晶粒度番号が8以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシワ抵抗性に優れたオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼管。
- 前記鋼管は、フェライト相分率又はマルテンサイト相分率が1%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシワ抵抗性に優れたオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼管。
