Claims (5)
- 重量%で、C:0.14~0.20%、Si:0.8~1.0%、Mn:0超過0.5%以下、Cr:15.0~17.0%、Ni:4.0~5.0%、Mo:0.6~0.8%、Cu:0.5%以下、N:0.05~0.11%、残りはFe及び不可避な不純物からなり、
C+N:0.25%以上及び下記式1で表されるMd30値が40℃以上を満たすことを特徴とする高強度ステンレス鋼。
[式1] Md30(℃)=551-462×(C+N)-9.2×Si-8.1×Mn-13.7×Cr-29×(Ni+Cu)-18.5×Mo
(ここで、C、N、Si、Mn、Cr、Ni、Cu、Moは、各元素の含量(重量%)を意味する。) - 下記式2で表されるMs値が-110℃以下を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高強度ステンレス鋼。
[式2] Ms(℃)=502-810×C-1230×N-13×Mn-30×Ni-12×Cr-54×Cu-46×Mo - 前記式2で表されるMs値が-117℃以下または下記式3の値が17.0以上を満たすことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の高強度ステンレス鋼。
[式3] Ni/(C+N) - 基地組織は、面積分率で、45%以上のマルテンサイト相と残部のオーステナイト相及びフェライト相を含み、
前記フェライト相は、4%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高強度ステンレス鋼。 - 前記ステンレス鋼は、圧下率60%以上の冷間圧延材であり、降伏強度が2,200MPa以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高強度ステンレス鋼。
