Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 透明シートの表面側に印刷がされたパネル部材の製造方法であって、
前記透明シートの表面側に、光を透過しないインクからなる第1印刷層を印刷する工程と、
前記第1印刷層の上面に第2印刷層を重ねて印刷して、積層印刷層を形成する工程と、
前記積層印刷層の表面側からレーザ光を照射し、前記積層印刷層の一部を除去して、端面が垂直である孔部を前記積層印刷層に形成する工程と、を備えていることを特徴とするパネル部材の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載のパネル部材の製造方法において、
前記第1印刷層には、前記レーザ光を吸収するインクが用いられることを特徴とするパネル部材の製造方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のパネル部材の製造方法において、
前記第2印刷層は、複数の印刷層から構成されていることを特徴とするパネル部材の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のパネル部材の製造方法において、
前記孔部を形成する工程の前に、前記透明シートの裏面側に第3印刷層を印刷する工程をさらに備え、
前記孔部を形成する工程において、前記第3印刷層に対応する位置に前記孔部を形成することを特徴とするパネル部材の製造方法。 - 請求項4に記載のパネル部材の製造方法において、
前記第3印刷層には、前記レーザ光を吸収しないインクが用いられることを特徴とするパネル部材の製造方法。 - 請求項4又は5に記載のパネル部材の製造方法において、
前記第3印刷層は、所定の色彩が着色された着色層と、光が前記透明シートのみを通過して前記パネル部材の前面側に出射されることを防止する白色層と、を含んでいることを特徴とするパネル部材の製造方法。
