Description
図1から図10を参照して、実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、端子付き電線に関する。図1は、実施形態に係る圧着端子の圧着前の状態を示す斜視図、図2は、実施形態に係る圧着端子の圧着前の状態を示す側面図、図3は、実施形態に係る圧着端子において止水材が貼付された状態を示す平面図、図4は、実施形態に係る圧着工程の説明図、図5は、折り曲げられた突出片を示す図、図6は、実施形態に係る端子付き電線の側面図、図7は、実施形態に係る端子付き電線の断面図、図8は、実施形態に係る端子付き電線の他の断面図、図9は、圧着工程における止水材の動きを示す断面図、図10は、止水材に生じた空隙を示す断面図である。
実施形態の第1変形例について説明する。図11は、実施形態の第1変形例に係る端子付き電線の断面図である。第1変形例に係る端子付き電線4において、上記実施形態の端子付き電線4と異なる点は、例えば、電線接続部12が拡径部12Dを有する点である。
実施形態の第2変形例について説明する。図12は、実施形態の第2変形例に係る端子付き電線の断面図である。第2変形例の端子付き電線4において、上記実施形態の端子付き電線4と異なる点は、例えば、突出片18の傾斜方向である。
実施形態の第3変形例について説明する。上記実施形態では、突出片18が折り曲げられた後に圧着工程が実行された。これに代えて、圧着工程において突出片18が折り曲げられてもよい。例えば、突出片18を折り曲げる突起部がクリンパ50の加締め部50aに設けられていてもよい。

Claims (1)
- 芯線と、前記芯線を覆う被覆とを有し、前記芯線の先端部分が前記被覆から露出している電線と、
前記電線に対して巻き付けられて前記芯線および前記被覆を一体に覆う電線接続部を有する端子と、
前記電線接続部の内側面と前記芯線との間に介在し、前記芯線の先端を覆う止水材と、
を備え、
前記電線接続部は、底部と、前記底部における幅方向の一端につながり、前記電線に巻き付けられて前記芯線および前記被覆を一体に覆う第一の加締片と、前記底部における幅方向の他端につながり、前記第一の加締片の外側に巻き付けられた第二の加締片と、前記第一の加締片または前記第二の加締片における前記電線の軸方向の側面から突出した板状の突出片と、を有し、
前記突出片は、前記突出片の基端から先端へ向かうに従って前記芯線の先端へ近づくように基端部において折れ曲がり、前記電線接続部の開口の少なくとも一部を閉塞している
ことを特徴とする端子付き電線。
