Abstract
Description
本出願は、2015年11月13日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/254,737号及び2016年6月14日に提出された米国仮特許出願第62/349,981号の優先権を主張する。それぞれの内容は、その全体が本明細書に組み込まれるものとする。
Claims (20)
- 雛の性別を判定するシステムであって、
雛を支持する移動プラットフォームと、
前記雛にその翼を開かせる少なくとも1つの刺激手段と、
前記雛の少なくとも1つの画像を取り込むための画像取り込み装置と、
デジタル画像のライブラリを有するデータベースと、
前記画像取り込み装置及び前記データベースと通信するコンピュータープロセッサであって、それによって前記雛の画像が前記雛の性別を判定するために前記デジタル画像のライブラリと比較されるコンピュータープロセッサと
を含むシステム。 - 前記カメラ、移動プラットフォーム、データベース、コンピュータープロセッサ及び移動プラットフォームと通信するマスターコントロールシステムを更に含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記刺激手段は傾斜コンベヤーベルトである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記刺激手段は振動コンベヤーベルトである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記刺激手段はストロボライトである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記刺激手段は、前記雛に吹き付ける空気の流れである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記デジタル画像のライブラリは雛の品種に特有である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記デジタル画像は翼の模様である、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 初生雛の健康状態を判定するシステムであって、
雛がその上に配置される移動プラットフォームと、
前記移動プラットフォーム上の前記雛の少なくとも1つの電子画像を取り込むための画像取り込み装置と、
前記雛の品種の範囲内の健康な雛及び不健康な雛の電子画像を含むデータベースと、
前記画像取り込み装置及び前記データベースと通信するコンピューター化された画像処理装置であって、それによって取り込んだ前記雛の画像が前記コンピューター化された画像処理装置に送られ、そこで前記データベースと比較され、前記雛の画像が前記データベース内の画像から逸脱する場合、移動している前記雛が群れから分離される、コンピューター化された画像処理装置と
を含むシステム。 - 前記画像は足、顔及び脚の画像である、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 取り込んだ前記画像は腹部の画像である、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記プラットフォームの位置を変更するための装置を更に含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 初生雛の健康状態及び性別を判定するためのシステムであって、
雛がその上に配置される第1移動プラットフォームと、
前記第1移動プラットフォーム上の前記雛の少なくとも1つのデジタル画像を取り込むための第1画像取り込み装置と、
前記雛の品種の範囲内の健康な雛及び不健康な雛のデジタル画像を含む第1データベースと、
第2移動プラットフォームと、
前記第2移動プラットフォームに適用される少なくとも1つの刺激手段と、
前記第2移動プラットフォーム上の前記雛の第2デジタル画像を取り込むための第2画像取り込み装置と、
雛の性別ごとの翼の模様のデジタル画像を含む第2データベースと、
前記第1及び第2画像取り込み装置及び前記第1及び第2データベースと通信するコンピューター化された画像処理装置と
を含み、それによって取り込んだ前記雛の第1画像が前記コンピューター化された画像処理装置によって処理され、そこで前記第1データベースと比較され、健常な雛が不健康な雛から分離され、前記健康な雛は前記第2移動プラットフォームに移動し、そこで取り込んだ前記健康な雛の第2画像が前記コンピューター化された画像処理装置によって処理され、そこで前記雛の性別を判定するために前記第2データベースと比較され、前記雛は性別によって分けられる、システム。 - 前記雛は位置変更装置によって分けられる、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記位置変更装置は傾斜コンベヤーを含み、前記傾斜コンベヤーは、前記傾斜コンベヤー上の雛がもはやその上に留まることができずに異なる面に落下するように一端を中心に旋回するべく作動される、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記刺激手段は、前記第2移動プラットフォームに加えられる強制空気、ストロボ発光、及び振動を含むが、これらに限定されない、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1画像取り込み装置は、前記雛の腹部、脚又は足の画像を取り込む、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記雛は生後1日未満である、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1又は第2移動プラットフォームは傾斜している、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2画像取り込み装置によって取り込まれたデジタル画像は、前記雛の翼である、請求項13に記載のシステム。
