Abstract
【解決手段】圧縮部160は、回転軸150の回転により冷媒を圧縮する。電動モータ部170は、回転軸150に連結され、回転軸150を通じて圧縮部160を駆動する。モータ駆動回路部141は、電動モータ部170を駆動する。ハウジング100hは、圧縮部160、電動モータ部170およびモータ駆動回路部141を、この順で回転軸150の軸方向に並んだ状態で収容する。ハウジング100h内には、圧縮部160で圧縮された冷媒ガスを吐出する吐出室30が設けられている。電動圧縮機100が取り付けられるエンジンの共振周波数に対して電動圧縮機100の共振周波数をずらすように、ハウジング100hの構成材料より比重の大きい材料で構成されている錘190が、ハウジング100hに取り付けられ、吐出室30内に配置されている。

Description
本発明の一形態においては、錘は、各々扇形状をなす第1錘部および第2錘部と、第1錘部と第2錘部とを連結するとともに上記ねじが挿通される貫通孔が設けられている連結部と、を含む。
Claims (7)
- エンジンに取り付けられる車両用電動圧縮機であって、
回転軸の回転により冷媒を圧縮する圧縮部と、
前記回転軸に連結され、前記回転軸を通じて前記圧縮部を駆動する電動モータ部と、
前記電動モータ部を駆動するモータ駆動回路部と、
前記圧縮部、前記電動モータ部および前記モータ駆動回路部を、この順で前記回転軸の軸方向に並んだ状態で収容するハウジングとを備え、
前記ハウジング内には、前記圧縮部で圧縮された冷媒ガスを吐出する吐出室が設けられており、
前記車両用電動圧縮機が取り付けられるエンジンの共振周波数に対して前記車両用電動圧縮機の共振周波数をずらすように、前記ハウジングの構成材料より比重の大きい材料で構成されている錘が、前記ハウジングに取り付けられ、前記吐出室内に配置されている、車両用電動圧縮機。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記吐出室を区画する、内周壁、および、該内周壁に接続している端壁を含み、
前記錘は、前記端壁に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の車両用電動圧縮機。 - 前記錘は、ねじによって、前記端壁に締結されている、請求項2に記載の車両用電動圧縮機。
- 前記錘は、各々扇形状をなす第1錘部および第2錘部と、前記第1錘部と前記第2錘部とを連結するとともに前記ねじが挿通される貫通孔が設けられている連結部と、を含む、請求項3記載の車両用電動圧縮機。
- 前記ハウジング内には、前記吐出室と連通し、内部に油分離筒が配置された油分離室が設けられており、
前記端壁には、前記ねじと螺合する雌ねじが設けられており、
前記雌ねじは、前記端壁における前記吐出室と前記油分離室との間に位置する仕切部と重なる位置に設けられている、請求項4記載の車両用電動圧縮機。 - 前記ハウジング内には、前記圧縮部で圧縮される冷媒を外部から吸入する吸入室が設けられており、
前記吐出室と前記吸入室とは、前記内周壁によって仕切られており、
前記錘の外周面の一部は、前記内周壁の内周面に沿って位置している、請求項2から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の車両用電動圧縮機。 - 前記ハウジングは、アルミ合金で構成されており、
前記錘は、鉄で構成されている、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の車両用電動圧縮機。
