Description
Claims (3)
- 回転軸と、この回転軸の一端側に連結された電動機部と、この回転軸の他端側に連結されて内部にシリンダ室を有する圧縮機構部とが密閉容器内に収容され、前記回転軸は前記シリンダ室の前記電動機部側に位置する主軸受と前記シリンダ室の前記電動機部とは反対側に位置する副軸受とにより軸支され、前記回転軸における前記主軸受と前記副軸受とに軸支される部分の直径が同じに形成され、前記回転軸の軸方向に沿った前記主軸受と前記回転軸との接触長さが前記副軸受と前記回転軸との接触長さより大きく設定された回転式圧縮機であって、
前記主軸受の前記シリンダ室に対向する側の端部に、主軸受側環状溝とこの主軸受側環状溝の内周側に位置して前記回転軸に接触する部分となる主軸受側弾性部とが形成され、
前記副軸受の前記シリンダ室に対向する側の端部に、副軸受側環状溝とこの副軸受側環状溝の内周側に位置して前記回転軸に接触する部分となる副軸受側弾性部とが形成され、
前記主軸受側環状溝の溝深さが前記副軸受側環状溝の溝深さより深く形成され、
前記主軸受側弾性部の外周面は、付け根部の肉厚と先端部の肉厚とが同じになるようにストレート状に形成され、
前記副軸受側弾性部の外周面は、付け根部の肉厚が先端部の肉厚より厚くなるようにテーパ状に形成されていることを特徴とする回転式圧縮機。 - 前記副軸受側弾性部の根元部の肉厚は前記主軸受側弾性部の肉厚より厚く、前記副軸受側弾性部の先端部の肉厚は前記主軸受側弾性部の肉厚より薄く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回転式圧縮機。
- 請求項1又は2のいずれか一項に記載の回転式圧縮機と、前記回転式圧縮機に接続される放熱器と、前記放熱器に接続される膨張装置と、前記膨張装置と前記回転式圧縮機との間に接続される吸熱器とを備えた冷凍サイクル装置。
