- 前記通知制御部は、前記自動運転不適領域におけるマニュアル運転の困難度に応じて前記第3のインターバルを算出する、ように構成されている、請求項6に記載の自動運転車両の制御システム。
- ドライバの状態量を取得するように構成されているドライバ状態量取得装置を更に備え、
前記通知制御部は、前記ドライバ状態量取得装置により取得されたドライバの状態量に応じて前記第3のインターバルを算出する、ように構成されている、
請求項6又は7に記載の自動運転車両の制御システム。 - ドライバによって操作されるように構成されている無効化操作装置を更に備え、
前記通知制御部は、ドライバが前記無効化操作装置を操作した後に、自動運転中にドライバに自動運転の終了を要求すべきときには、前記通知装置を制御して、前記マニュアル運転準備要求をドライバに通知することなく、前記自動運転終了要求をドライバに通知する、ように構成されている、
請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の自動運転車両の制御システム。 - ドライバによって操作されるように構成されている操作装置と、
ドライバに通知を行うように構成されている通知装置と、
電子制御ユニットと、
を備えた自動運転車両の制御方法であって、
前記制御方法は、前記電子制御ユニットにより、自動運転を行うと共に、自動運転中にドライバが前記操作装置を操作したときに自動運転を終了して車両運転をマニュアル運転に切り換える、段階を含み、
前記制御方法は更に、自動運転中にドライバに自動運転の終了を要求すべきときには、前記電子制御ユニットにより前記通知装置を制御して、まずマニュアル運転準備要求をドライバに通知し、次いで自動運転終了要求をドライバに通知する、段階を含む、
自動運転車両の制御方法。
