Claims (23)
- 家禽部分または動物部分から抽出物を調製するための方法であって、
(a)1つまたは複数の家禽部分または動物部分を水と混合するステップと、
(b)(a)の混合物を−20℃〜70℃の間の温度で少なくとも10分間インキュベートして、懸濁物を生じるステップと、
(c)前記懸濁物を液体画分と固体画分とに分離するステップと、
(d)ステップ(c)からの前記液体画分を回収して、抽出物を得るステップと、を含む、方法。 - ステップ(b)の前記温度が、0℃〜25℃の間である、請求項1に記載の方法。
