Claims (4)
- ギヤ比が異なる複数のギヤ段が選択的に形成される自動変速機を備えた車両の、制御装置であって、
形成可能な低車速側の所定ギヤ段と形成可能な高車速側の所定ギヤ段との間にある中間ギヤ段が形成不能であり、且つ、前記中間ギヤ段よりも1段低車速側のギヤ段と前記中間ギヤ段よりも1段高車速側のギヤ段との何れもが形成可能である、中間ギヤ段故障が生じているか否かを判定する中間ギヤ段故障判定部と、
前記中間ギヤ段故障が生じていると判定された場合には、前記低車速側のギヤ段と前記中間ギヤ段との間でのギヤ段の切替えを判断する所定の関係を用いて、前記低車速側のギヤ段と前記高車速側のギヤ段との間でのギヤ段の切替えを実行するか否かを判断する変速制御部と
を、含むことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記所定の関係は、予め定められた、前記中間ギヤ段故障が生じていないと判定された場合に用いるアップシフト線及びダウンシフト線よりも各々低車速側にて、前記低車速側のギヤ段からのアップシフトを判断する故障時アップシフト線及び前記低車速側のギヤ段へのダウンシフトを判断する故障時ダウンシフト線であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記車両は、人為的に操作されることで前記自動変速機のギヤ段の切替要求を受け付けるギヤ段切替操作部材を更に備えており、
前記変速制御部は、前記中間ギヤ段故障が生じていると判定されたときに、前記ギヤ段切替操作部材により前記ギヤ段の切替要求が受け付けられ、且つ、前記切替要求における切替え先のギヤ段が前記中間ギヤ段である場合には、前記ギヤ段切替操作部材において前記切替え先のギヤ段を前記中間ギヤ段とする1回の人為的な操作が為されたことで、前記低車速側のギヤ段と前記高車速側のギヤ段との間でのギヤ段の切替えを実行することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記車両は、人為的に操作されることで前記自動変速機のギヤ段の切替要求を受け付けるギヤ段切替操作部材を更に備えており、
前記変速制御部は、前記中間ギヤ段故障が生じていると判定されたときに、前記ギヤ段切替操作部材により前記ギヤ段の切替要求が受け付けられ、且つ、前記切替要求における切替え先のギヤ段が前記中間ギヤ段である場合には、前記ギヤ段切替操作部材において前記切替え先のギヤ段を前記中間ギヤ段から外す人為的な操作が為されたことで、前記切替え先のギヤ段への切替えを実行することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両の制御装置。
