Abstract
Description
図1に示した第1外部電極12と第2外部電極13それぞれの形状は、図4(A)に示した形状であってもよい。即ち、図4(A)に示した第1外部電極12-1は、コンデンサ本体11の長さ方向一端面を覆う部分と、コンデンサ本体11の高さ方向両面の一部を覆う部分とを連続して有しており、第2外部電極13-1は、コンデンサ本体11の長さ方向他端面を覆う部分と、コンデンサ本体11の高さ方向両面の一部を覆う部分とを連続して有している。また、図1に示した第1外部電極12と第2外部電極13それぞれの形状は、図4(B)に示した形状であってもよい。即ち、図4(B)に示した第1外部電極12-2は、コンデンサ本体11の長さ方向一端面を覆う部分と、コンデンサ本体11の高さ方向一面の一部を覆う部分とを連続して有しており、第2外部電極13-2は、コンデンサ本体11の長さ方向他端面を覆う部分と、コンデンサ本体11の高さ方向一面の一部を覆う部分とを連続して有している。つまり、図4(A)に示した外部電極形状であっても、図4(B)に示した外部電極形状であっても、前記同様の効果を得ることができる。
Claims (4)
- 複数の内部電極層が誘電体層を介して積層された容量部と、容量部の積層方向両側それぞれを覆う誘電体カバー部とを有するコンデンサ本体を備えた積層セラミックコンデンサであって、
前記容量部の各誘電体層と前記各誘電体カバー部はマンガン元素を含んでおり、前記マンガン元素は、前記各誘電体カバー部の外面から前記容量部の各誘電体層に向かう深さ方向において元素数が徐々に減少する分布を形成している、
積層セラミックコンデンサ。 - 前記容量部の各誘電体層はアルミニウム元素を含んでおり、前記アルミニウム元素は、前記各誘電体カバー部の外面から前記容量部の各誘電体層に向かう深さ方向において元素数が徐々に増加する分布を形成している、
請求項1に記載の積層セラミックコンデンサ。 - 複数の内部電極層が誘電体層を介して積層された容量部と、容量部の積層方向両側それぞれを覆う誘電体カバー部とを有するコンデンサ本体を備えた積層セラミックコンデンサであって、
前記容量部の各誘電体層と前記各誘電体カバー部はチタン元素とマンガン元素を含んでおり、マンガン元素数/チタン元素数で表される前記マンガン元素の元素数と前記チタン元素の元素数との比は、前記各誘電体カバー部の外面から前記容量部の各誘電体層に向かう深さ方向において徐々に減少する分布を形成している、
積層セラミックコンデンサ。 - 前記容量部の各誘電体層はアルミニウム元素を含んでおり、アルミニウム元素数/チタン元素数で表される前記アルミニウム元素の元素数と前記チタン元素の元素数との比は、前記各誘電体カバー部の外面から前記容量部の各誘電体層に向かう深さ方向において徐々に増加する分布を形成している、
請求項3に記載の積層セラミックコンデンサ。
