Abstract
【解決手段】下記(A)〜(D)を含む電線被覆材組成物を用い、絶縁電線およびワイヤーハーネスを構成する。
(A)密度0.860〜0.900g/cm3のポリオレフィンにシランカップリング剤がグラフトされたシラングラフトポリオレフィン
(B)密度0.860〜0.950g/cm3の未変性ポリオレフィン
(C)塩素化ポリエチレン
(D)シラン架橋触媒

Description
(A)密度0.860〜0.900g/cm3のポリオレフィンにシランカップリング剤がグラフトされたシラングラフトポリオレフィン
(B)密度0.860〜0.950g/cm3の未変性ポリオレフィン
(C)塩素化ポリエチレン
(D)シラン架橋触媒
(E)変性ポリオレフィン(シラングラフトポリオレフィンを除く)
(F)三酸化アンチモン
(G)熱安定剤

本実施例及び比較例において使用した供試材料を製造元、商品名等とともに示す。
シラングラフトポリオレフィンは、ポリオレフィンとして下記の表1に示す特性のベース樹脂を用いて、ベース樹脂100質量部に対してビニルトリメトキシシラン(信越化学製「KBM1003」1〜4質量部、ジクミルパーオキサイド(日油製「パークミルD」)0.1〜0.5質量部をドライブレンドした材料を190℃の内径25mmの単軸押出機で混合して調製した。得られたシラングラフト樹脂のゲル分率を、上述したように架橋触媒バッチ(下記の実施例で用いたものと同じものを用いた)を加えて硬化させた後、キシレン浸漬前後の質量の比率から求める方法により測定した。各シラングラフトポリオレフィンのゲル分率の測定結果を表1に合わせて示す。
・シラングラフトPE1:ダウエラストマー製「ENR7256.02」
・シラングラフトPE2:ダウエラストマー製「エンゲージ7467」
・シラングラフトPE3:住友化学製「スミカセン C215」
・シラングラフトPE4:三井化学製「タフマーD610」
・シラングラフトPP1:日本ポリプロ製「ノバテックEC9」
未変性ポリオレフィンは、下記の樹脂を用いた。具体的な物性を表2に示す。
・PE1:ダウエラストマー製「ENR7256.02」
・PE2:日本ポリエチレン製「ノバテックHB530」
・PE3:住友化学製「アクリフト WK307」
塩素化ポリエチレンは、下記の樹脂を用いた。具体的な物性を表3に示す。
・塩素化PE1:昭和電工製「エラスレン401A」
・塩素化PE2:昭和電工製「エラスレン402B」
・塩素化PE3:昭和電工製「エラスレン404B」
・塩素化PE4:試作品
三菱化学製「リンクロンLZ082」、バインダー樹脂としてポリエチレンを含み、シラン架橋触媒(D)として錫化合物を1%未満含有している。
・マレイン酸変性PE:日本油脂製「モディックM512」
・エポキシ変性PE:住友化学製「ボンドファーストE」(E−GMA)
・マレイン酸変性PP:三菱化学製「アドマーQB550」
・メタクリル変性PE:住友化学製「アクリフトWH102」
・三酸化アンチモン:山中産業製「三酸化アンチモンMSWグレード」
・熱安定剤1:ハイドロタルサイト、協和化学工業製「DHT−4A」、平均粒子径0.45μm
・熱安定剤2:ハイドロタルサイト、ADEKA製「RUP110」、平均粒子径0.55μm
・熱安定剤3:酸化亜鉛、ハクスイテック製「亜鉛華1種」
・熱安定剤4:酸化マグネシウム、協和化学工業製「キョーワマグ」
・臭素系難燃剤1:エチレンビス(ペンタブロモベンゼン)、アルベマール製「SAYTEX8010」
・臭素系難燃剤2:エチレンビステトラブロモフタルイミド、アルベマール製「SAYTEXBT‐93」
・酸化防止剤1:Basfジャパン製「イルガノックス1010」
・酸化防止剤2:Basfジャパン製「イルガノックス3114」
・銅害防止剤:ADEKA製「CDA−1」
表4、表5に示す質量比で、シラングラフトバッチ(a)、触媒バッチ(c)以外の成分を2軸押出混練機に加え、200℃で0.1〜2分間加熱混練した後、ペレット化して、難燃バッチ(b)を調製した。
表4、表5に示す質量比で、シラングラフトバッチ(a)、難燃バッチ(b)、触媒バッチ(c)を押出機のホッパーで混合して押出機の温度を約140〜200℃に設定して、押出加工を行った。押出加工は外径2.4mmの導体上に、厚さ0.7mmの絶縁体として押出被覆して被覆材を形成した(被覆外径3.65mm)。その後、60℃95%湿度の高湿高温槽で24時間水架橋処理を施して絶縁電線を作製した。
JASO−D608−92に準拠して、ゲル分率を測定した。すなわち、水架橋させた後の絶縁電線の被覆材を採取した試料を約0.1g秤量しこれを試験管に入れ、キシレン20mlを加えて、120℃の恒温油槽中で24時間加熱した。その後、試料を取り出し、100℃の乾燥機内で6時間乾燥後、常温になるまで放冷してから、その重量を精秤し、試験前の質量に対する質量百分率をもってゲル分率とした。ゲル分率50%以上のものを合格「○」とし、ゲル分率50%未満のものを不合格「×」とした。
ISO6722に準拠し、水架橋させた後の絶縁電線に0.7mmのブレードを荷重190gで押し当て、150℃恒温槽中に4時間放置した後、絶縁電線を1%食塩水中で1kv×1分間の耐電圧試験を行い、絶縁破断しなかった場合を合格「○」とし、絶縁破断した場合を不合格「×」とした。
ISO6722に準拠し、外径0.45mmの鉄線を水架橋させた後の絶縁電線に対して荷重7Nで押し当て、55回/分の速さで往復動させ、鉄線と導体である銅が導通するまでの回数を測定し、700回以上の場合を合格「○」とし、700回未満の場合を不合格「×」とした。
JIS K7171を参考にし、shimadzu製オートグラフAG−01を用いて3点曲げ柔軟性の評価を行った。すなわち、水架橋させた後の絶縁電線を100mmの長さに切り取り、3本を横一列に並べ先端をポリ塩化ビニルテープで固定した状態で、支柱間50mmの治具上にセットし、支柱間の中心から1mm/分の速度で上方からサンプルを押し込み、最大荷重を測定した。荷重が5N以下の場合を合格「○」とし、荷重が5N超の場合を不合格「×」とした。また荷重が2.5N以下の場合を良好「◎」とした。
ISO耐薬品性メソッド2に準ずる。水架橋させた後の絶縁電線を600mmの長さに切り出し、トルエンと2,2,4−トリメチルペンタンの混合液(質量比で50:50)に20℃で20時間浸漬させた後、絶縁電線を取り出し、表面を軽くキムタオル(日本製紙クレシア社の紙ワイパーの商品名)で拭き、30分間放置した後、電線外径と等しいステンレス製の丸棒を用いて巻き付け試験を行った。その後、絶縁電線を1%食塩水中で1kv×1分間の耐電圧試験を行い、絶縁破壊しなかった場合を合格「○」とし、絶縁破壊した場合を不合格「×」とした。
ISO6722に準拠し、70秒以内に消火する場合を合格「○」とし、70秒以内に消火しない場合を不合格「×」とした。
Claims (11)
- 下記(A)〜(D)を含むことを特徴とする電線被覆材組成物。
(A)密度0.860〜0.900g/cm3のポリオレフィンにシランカップリング剤がグラフトされたシラングラフトポリオレフィン
(B)密度0.860〜0.950g/cm3の未変性ポリオレフィン
(C)塩素化ポリエチレン
(D)シラン架橋触媒 - さらに下記(E)〜(G)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電線被覆材組成物。
(E)変性ポリオレフィン(シラングラフトポリオレフィンを除く)
(F)三酸化アンチモン
(G)熱安定剤 - 前記(G)熱安定剤が、平均粒子径5μm以下のハイドロタルサイトであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電線被覆材組成物。
- 前記(C)塩素化ポリエチレンが、塩素含有量20〜50質量%、デュロメータA硬度70以下、結晶化度10%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電線被覆材組成物。
- 前記(A)シラングラフトポリオレフィンのシラングラフト前のポリオレフィンが、結晶化度10〜50%、190℃×2.16kg荷重のメルトフローレイト0.5〜10g/10分、ショアA硬度55〜90、曲げ弾性率20〜500MPaであり、前記(A)シラングラフトポリオレフィンのゲル分率が80〜95%であり、
前記(B)未変性ポリオレフィンが、190℃×2.16kg荷重のメルトフローレイト0.5〜10g/10分、曲げ弾性率20〜500MPa、密度0.885〜0.935g/cm3であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電線被覆材組成物。 - 前記(A)シラングラフトポリオレフィンが30〜90質量部、
前記(B)未変性ポリオレフィンが10〜50質量部、
前記(C)塩素化ポリエチレンが10〜40質量部、
前記(A)、前記(B)および前記(C)の合計100質量部に対し、前記(D)シラン架橋触媒をポリオレフィン100質量部に対し0.5〜5質量部含有してなる触媒バッチが2〜20質量部、
であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電線被覆材組成物。 - 前記(A)シラングラフトポリオレフィンが30〜90質量部、
前記(B)未変性ポリオレフィンと前記(E)変性ポリオレフィンの合計が10〜50質量部、
前記(C)塩素化ポリエチレンが10〜40質量部、
前記(A)、前記(B)、前記(C)および前記(E)の合計100質量部に対し、前記(D)シラン架橋触媒をポリオレフィン100質量部に対し0.5〜5質量部含有してなる触媒バッチが2〜20質量部、前記(F)三酸化アンチモンが2〜20質量部、前記(G)熱安定剤が0.1〜10質量部であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電線被覆材組成物。 - 前記(A)、前記(B)、前記(C)および前記(E)の合計100質量部に対し、前記(F)三酸化アンチモンおよび前記(G)熱安定剤を含む無機フィラーが20質量部以下であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電線被覆材組成物。
- 前記(A)シラングラフトポリオレフィンがシラングラフトポリエチレンであり、前記(B)未変性ポリオレフィンが未変性ポリエチレンであることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の電線被覆材組成物。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の電線被覆材組成物の架橋体からなる電線被覆材を有することを特徴とする絶縁電線。
- 請求項10に記載の絶縁電線を有することを特徴とするワイヤーハーネス。
