Abstract
【解決手段】巻回体1は、可塑剤を含む塩化ビニル樹脂を含み、熱膨張性黒鉛と、リン化合物と、難燃剤と、無機充填剤とを更に含み、耐火シート2の表面に凹凸が設けられており、耐火シート2の熱収縮率がMD方向およびTD方向ともに1%以下であり、かつ全長が2m以上である耐火シート2を巻回してなる巻回体。各耐火シート2の厚みが0.5mm以上であり、厚みのばらつきが0.1mm以下である複数の耐火シート2の積層体を巻回りしてなる巻回体1。

Description
表1〜3に示した各成分を混練ニーダーにて混合した。混練温度は150℃、混練時間は7分30秒とし、試験例1〜3の耐火性樹脂組成物をそれぞれ製造した。
実施例1〜9,比較例1〜2の厚みばらつき、自立性、熱収縮率、美観および展開性を以下の基準で評価した。結果を表2に示す。
耐火シートの幅方向に向かって等間隔で5点に分けて厚みを測定し、また、長さ方向は巻き長さの9等分した各線分の中点毎(各区画の中心毎)に厚みを測定し、計50点の厚みバラつきを評価した。
得られた耐火シートを外形寸法100mm×100mm、フレーム幅2mmのアルミニウム合金A7075製のペリクル膜に、アクリル系接着剤により貼付した。このときのペリクル膜の様子を目視で評価した。
・ペリクル膜に、破れや皺やたるみが生じた:×
サンプルは、長さ方向は巻き長さの4等分した各線分の中点毎(各区画の中心毎)、幅方向は3点等間隔にサンプリングし、計15点で評価を実施し、その平均値を採用した。
得られた耐火シートの動的粘弾性を、粘弾性測定装置(レオメトリックス社製「ARES」)を用いて、せん断法にて、歪み量1.0%及び周波数1Hzの条件下において、昇温速度5℃/分で動的粘弾性の温度分散測定を行った。
[熱収縮率]
JIS K 7133に準拠し、加熱前後の耐火シートのMD方向およびTD方向の寸法を測定した。加熱条件は70℃で22時間とした。
得られた長尺耐火シートを製造後、40℃、1週間養生した耐火シートを再展開することで評価した。展開の過程で、シート外観を観察して、表面に気泡が観察されるか否かを判定し、幅方向5mm以上の気泡が観察されない場合を○、観察される場合を×とした。
[展開性(巻き出し性)]
耐火シートの展開性は以下のように評価した。
・巻出し方向にロールを回転させると耐火シートが展開可:〇
・巻出し方向にロールを回転させてもシートが展開しないが、軽く引っ張ると容易に展開可:△
・力を入れないと展開できない。または力を入れてもシート形状を保って展開不可:×
Claims (14)
- 可塑剤を含むポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂を含み、かつ全長が2m以上である耐火シートを巻回してなる巻回体。
- 各耐火シートの厚みが0.5mm以上であり、かつ厚みばらつきが0.1mm以下である複数の耐火シートの積層体を巻回してなる請求項1記載の巻回体。
- 前記耐火シートの表面に凹凸が設けられている請求項1または2記載の巻回体。
- 前記耐火シートの熱収縮率がMD方向およびTD方向ともに1%以下である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の巻回体。
- 前記耐火シートの表面がマット加工されている請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の巻回体。
- 全長が2m以上であり、耐火シートの熱収縮率がMD方向およびTD方向ともに1%以下であり、各耐火シートの厚みが0.5mm以上であり、かつ厚みばらつきが0.1mm以下である、バインダー樹脂に熱膨張性黒鉛と、熱膨張性黒鉛以外の熱膨張性無機物および無機充填剤の少なくともいずれか一方とを含む樹脂組成物からなる耐火シート。
- 熱膨張性黒鉛と、リン化合物と、難燃剤と、無機充填剤とをさらに含み、熱膨張性黒鉛、リン化合物、難燃剤及び無機充填剤の合計の含有量が、40〜80質量%である請求項6に記載の耐火シート。
- 全長が2m以上であり、シート表面に凹凸が設けられている、バインダー樹脂に熱膨張性黒鉛と、熱膨張性黒鉛以外の熱膨張性無機物および無機充填剤のいずれか一方とを含む樹脂組成物からなる耐火シート。
- シート表面の凹凸の高さが300μm以下である請求項8に記載の耐火シート。
- 各耐火シートの厚みが0.5mm以上であり、かつ厚みばらつきが0.1mm以下である複数の耐火シートの積層体を含む請求項8記載の耐火シート。
- 前記耐火シートの熱収縮率がMD方向およびTD方向ともに1%以下である請求項8〜10のいずれかに記載の耐火シート。
- 前記耐火シートの表面がマット加工されている請求項6〜11のいずれか一項記載の耐火シート。
- 1Hz下で温度分散(昇温速度5℃/分)での動的粘弾性を測定した際のtanδピークの温度が80℃以下である請求項6〜12いずれかに記載の耐火シート。
- 請求項6〜13のいずれか一項記載の耐火シートを巻回してなる巻回体。
