Abstract
Description
LixMyTiz(PO4)3・・・ 式(I)
(式中、MはAl、FeまたはCrを表し、0<x<2、0<y≦1、0<z<3。)
LixMyTiz(PO4)3・・・ 式(I)
(式中、MはAl、FeまたはCrを表し、0<x<2、0<y≦1、0<z<3。)
ビスマレイミド:N-メチルピロリドン(NMP)溶剤を、重量比3 : 97で混合し、上記の混合物を130℃で約24時間反応させ、N-メチルピロリドンを溶剤とするポリマレイミドが得られ、添加剤組成として使用した。前記ビスマレイミドは、下式(V)に示す化合物である。
ビスマレイミド:バルビツール酸(BTA)(モル比は2:1)を、N-メチルピロリドンに加え、 (ビスマレイミド+バルビツール酸):N-メチルピロリドンの重量比は20: 80であり、上記の混合物を130℃で約3時間反応させ、N-メチルピロリドンを溶剤とする変性型マレイミドが得られ、添加剤組成として使用した。前記ビスマレイミドは、下式(V)の化合物である。
まず、671.2gのコバルト酸リチウム(LiCoO2)、17.4gの導電添加剤(Super P)、13.9gの粘着剤(PVDF)、7gの合成例2の変性型マレイミド、および14gのイオン導電体(LiAlTi(PO4)3;台湾国立中央大学化学科の李光華教授の研究室で合成されたもの)(重量比は1:2)の添加剤を、遊星型ミキサー(PlanetaryMixer)で処理することで、標準リチウムイオン電池正極スラリーを得た。さらに、標準リチウムイオン電池正極板の製造法により、アルミ箔の表面に前記正極スラリーを塗布して正極板を得た。
合成例2の変性型マレイミドおよびイオン導電体の添加剤を、合成例2の変性型マレイミドに替える以外、実施例1の方法のようにリチウムイオン電池を作製した。
合成例2の変性型マレイミドおよびイオン導電体の添加剤を、合成例1のポリマレイミドに替える以外、実施例1の方法のようにリチウムイオン電池を作製した。
1C充放電速度の安定電流プロセスで、電池性能の評価を行った。試験の間、一回目の放電量、抵抗、室温で500回サイクル(cycle:1時間で完全放電させ、1時間で充電させること)で充放電後の放電残量(最後の1回目で充電を終了させ、再び放電した電量)、55℃で500回サイクルで充放電後の放電残量を記録し、測定値を表1に示す。
室温で、0.2C、1C、2C、3C、5C充放電速度の安定電流プロセスで、一回目の放電量、および、異なる電流で三回目の放電後の放電残量を記録し、測定値を表2に示す。
径2.5mmの針で、針を刺す速度を1mm/Sとし、電池安全性の試験を行い、測定値を表3に示す。

Claims (12)
- 下記式(I)の構造を有するイオン導電体、および、バルビツール酸構造を有する化合物で変性した、マレイミド構造を有する化合物を含有し、
前記マレイミド構造を有する化合物と前記イオン導電体との重量比は、1.0:0.5〜1.0:5.0である、リチウムイオン電池に使用される添加剤。
LixMyTiz(PO4)3・・・ 式(I)
(式中、MはAl、FeまたはCrを表し、0<x<2、0<y≦1、0<z<3。) - 前記イオン導電体は、LiAlTi(PO4)3、LiFeTi(PO4)3またはLiCrTi(PO4)3から選ばれる、請求項1に記載の添加剤。
- 前記マレイミド構造を有する化合物は、二つ以上のマレイミド構造を有するポリマレイミド化合物である、請求項1に記載の添加剤。
- 前記マレイミド構造を有する化合物は、フェニルマレイミド、N-(p-メチルフェニル)マレイミド、N-(o-メチルフェニル)マレイミド、N-(m-メチルフェニル)マレイミド、N-シクロヘキシルマレイミド、マレイミド、マレイミドフェノール、マレイミドベンゾシクロブテン、リン含有マレイミド、リン酸根含有マレイミド、シロキサン含有マレイミド、N-(4-テトラヒドロピラニル-オキシフェニル)マレイミド、および2,6-キシリル-マレイミドである、モノマレイミド構造を有する化合物からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一つである、請求項1に記載の添加剤。
- 活性物質と、
導電添加剤と、
粘着剤と、
請求項1に記載の添加剤と、を含む電極スラリー組成物。 - 前記活性物質は、正極活性物質または負極活性物質である、請求項9に記載の電極スラリー組成物。
- 前記活性物質は、ニッケルコバルトアルミン酸リチウム、ニッケルコバルトマンガン酸リチウム、コバルト酸リチウム、マンガン酸リチウム、ニッケル酸リチウム、およびリン酸鉄リチウムからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一つである、請求項9に記載の電極スラリー組成物。
- 前記活性物質の含有量は、前記電極スラリー組成物の総重量の20〜80重量%を占め、
前記導電添加剤は、前記電極スラリー組成物の総重量の0.1〜5重量%を占め、
前記粘着剤は、前記電極スラリー組成物の総重量の0.1〜15重量%を占め、
前記請求項1に記載の添加剤は、前記電極スラリー組成物の総重量の1〜10重量%を占める、請求項8に記載の電極スラリー組成物。 - 正極と、
前記正極に形成された請求項9に記載の電極スラリー組成物と、
負極と、
前記正極および前記負極の間に充填される電解液と、を含むリチウムイオン電池。
