Abstract
【解決手段】リチウム電池は、第1プレートと、第2プレートと、セパレータとを含む。第1プレートは、互いの上に積み重ねられた複数の電極材料層によって形成される。電極材料層のうちの少なくとも1つは、熱活性化材料を含む。セパレータは、第1プレートと第2プレートの間に配置される。

Claims (27)
- 互いの上に積み重ねられた複数の第1電極材料層で形成され、前記第1電極材料層のうちの少なくとも1つが熱活性化材料を含む第1プレートと、
第2プレートと、
前記第1プレートおよび前記第2プレートの間に配置されたセパレータと
を含むリチウム電池。 - 前記第1電極材料層中の前記熱活性化材料の含有量が、互いに異なる請求項1記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記第1電極材料層中の前記熱活性化材料の含有量が、前記第1電極材料層と前記第2プレートの間の距離が小さくなるにつれて増加する請求項1記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記各第1電極材料層中の前記熱活性化材料の含有量が、約0.1〜10wt%である請求項1記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記各第1電極材料層中の前記熱活性化材料の含有量が、約1.0〜2.5wt%である請求項1記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記熱活性化材料が、窒素含有ポリマーを含む請求項1記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記窒素含有ポリマーが、ビスマレイミドモノマーとバルビツール酸の反応によって形成された請求項6記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記窒素含有ポリマーが、ジオンと、アミン、アミド、イミド、マレイミドおよびイミンから成る群より選ばれた1つとが反応して形成された請求項6記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記ジオンが、バルビツール酸、バルビツール酸の誘導体、アセチルアセトンまたはアセチルアセトンの誘導体を含む請求項8記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記第1プレートが正極板である時、前記各第1電極材料層の導電材料が、LiCoO2、LiMn2O4、LiNixCoyMnzO2 (0<x<1, 0<y<1, 0<z<1) 、LiNixCoyAlzO2 (0<x<1, 0<y<1, 0<z<1) およびLiFePO4から成る群より選ばれる請求項1記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記第1電極材料層中の前記熱活性化材料の含有量が互いに同じである時、前記第1電極材料層の前記導電材料の成分組成が互いに異なる請求項10記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記第1プレートが、前記第2プレートに近い上部電極材料層と、前記第2プレートから離れた下部電極材料層とを有する時、前記上部電極材料層の厚さと前記下部電極材料層の厚さの比率が、約10/90〜90/10である請求項1記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記第1プレートが正極板である時、前記第2プレートが負極板であり、前記第1プレートが負極板である時、前記第2プレートが正極板である請求項1記載のリチウム電池。
- 前記第2プレートが、互いの上に積み重ねられた複数の第2電極材料層によって形成され、前記第2電極材料層のうちの少なくとも1つが、熱活性化材料を含む請求項1記載のリチウム電池。
- 互いの上に積み重ねられた複数の電極材料層を含み、前記電極材料層のうちの少なくとも1つが、熱活性化材料を含む電極板構造。
- 前記熱活性化材料を含んだ前記電極材料層のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記積み重ねられた電極材料層の上部電極材料層である請求項15記載の電極板構造。
- 前記電極材料層中の前記熱活性化材料の含有量が、互いに異なる請求項16記載の電極板構造。
- 前記電極材料層中の前記熱活性化材料の含有量が、前記積み重ねられた電極材料層の下部電極材料層から前記上部電極材料層に向かって次第に増加する請求項16記載の電極板構造。
- 前記各電極材料層中の前記熱活性化材料の含有量が、約0.1〜10wt%である請求項16記載の電極板構造。
- 前記各電極材料層中の前記熱活性化材料の含有量が、約1.0〜2.5wt%である請求項16記載の電極板構造。
- 前記電極材料層が、下部電極材料層と、前記下部電極材料層の上に積み重ねられた上部電極材料層とを含む時、前記上部電極材料層の厚さと前記下部電極材料層の厚さの比率が、約10/90〜90/10である請求項15記載の電極板構造。
- 前記熱活性化材料が、窒素含有ポリマーを含む請求項15記載の電極板構造。
- 前記窒素含有ポリマーが、ビスマレイミドモノマーとバルビツール酸の反応によって形成された請求項22記載の電極板構造。
- 前記窒素含有ポリマーが、ジオンと、アミン、アミド、イミド、マレイミドおよびイミンから成る群より選ばれた1つとが反応して形成された請求項22記載の電極板構造。
- 前記ジオンが、バルビツール酸、バルビツール酸の誘導体、アセチルアセトンまたはアセチルアセトンの誘導体を含む請求項24記載の電極板構造。
- 前記積み重ねられた電極材料層が正極板として使用される時、前記各電極材料層の導電材料が、LiCoO2、LiMn2O4、LiNixCoyMnzO2 (0<x<1, 0<y<1, 0<z<1) 、LiNixCoyAlzO2 (0<x<1, 0<y<1, 0<z<1) およびLiFePO4から成る群より選ばれる請求項15記載の電極板構造。
- 前記電極材料層中の前記熱活性化材料の含有量が互いに同じである時、前記電極材料層の前記導電材料の成分組成が互いに異なる請求項26記載の電極板構造。
