Claims (4)
- 共通の軸線まわりに配置された第1回転軸および第2回転軸が互いに嵌合されることで動力伝達可能に連結された嵌合部を、含んで構成される車両の動力伝達装置において、
前記軸線方向で前記嵌合部近傍であって、前記第1回転軸と前記第2回転軸との間に、トレランスリングが介挿されており、
前記第2回転軸には、前記嵌合部を基準にして前記軸線方向で前記トレランスリングよりも離れた位置に、内周インロー面が形成され、
前記第1回転軸には、組付後において前記内周インロー面と嵌合する外周インロー面が形成されており、
前記内周インロー面と前記外周インロー面とが互いに嵌合したとき、該外周インロー面と該内周インロー面とが互いにガタつくことなく嵌り合うインロー部が形成される
ことを特徴とする車両の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1回転軸の軸線方向で前記嵌合部と前記トレランスリングとの間には、組付過渡期において記内周インロー面と嵌合する第2の外周インロー面が形成され、
前記内周インロー面と前記第2の外周インロー面とは、互いに嵌合した際に、該内周インロー面と該第2の外周インロー面とがガタつくことなく嵌り合う程度に、該内周インロー面よび該第2の外周インロー面の寸法が設定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1の車両の動力伝達装置。 - 前記トレランスリングは、前記第1回転軸の外周面に形成されている環状溝に収容されており、
前記トレランスリングには、組付後において前記第2回転軸に当接する外向突起が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両の動力伝達装置。 - 前記トレランスリングは、前記第2回転軸の内周面に形成されている環状溝に収容されており、
前記トレランスリングには、組付後において前記第1回転軸に当接する内向突起が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両の動力伝達装置。
