Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- 長手方向に沿って延びる基部と、前記基部の幅方向両端から立設すると共に、長手方向に沿って転動体転走溝が形成された一対の壁部を備えた軌道部材と、
前記壁部の間を長手方向に沿って移動可能に組みつけられると共に、前記転動体転走溝に対応する負荷転動体転走溝が形成された移動部材と、
前記移動部材に形成された貫通孔に挿通されると共に、螺旋状のねじ用転動体転走溝が形成されたねじ軸を備えたアクチュエータであって、
前記移動部材は、前記ねじ用転動体転走溝に対応するねじ用負荷転動体転走溝が形成されたナット部材が前記貫通孔に取り付けられ、
前記ナット部材は、鍔部材が組み付けられ、
前記鍔部材は、前記移動部材の長手方向の一端に組み付けられると共に、前記転動体転走溝と前記負荷転動体転走溝の間および前記ねじ用転動体転走溝に潤滑剤を供給する潤滑剤供給手段を備えることを特徴とするアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1に記載のアクチュエータにおいて、
前記潤滑剤供給手段は、前記ナット部材の外周と略同心状に配置されると共に、切欠を有する円環状に形成されることを特徴とするアクチュエータ。 - 請求項2に記載のアクチュエータにおいて、
前記潤滑剤供給手段は、前記切欠を構成するように相対する端部に前記潤滑剤を前記転動体転走溝と前記負荷転動体転走溝の間に供給する第1の供給口と、前記ねじ用転動体転走溝に供給する第2の供給口とが一対ずつ形成され、
前記第1の供給口及び前記第2の供給口は、前記潤滑剤供給手段の径方向に延びる対称軸に対して線対称に配置され、前記対称軸上に前記潤滑剤を補給する潤滑剤導入部を備えることを特徴とするアクチュエータ。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のアクチュエータにおいて、
前記移動部材は、前記負荷転動体転走溝が形成された案内部材が取り付けられ、
前記壁部は、前記転動体転走溝が形成された転走溝構成部材が取り付けられ、
少なくとも前記案内部材、前記転走溝構成部材、前記ねじ軸および前記ナット部材は鋼材で形成され、少なくとも前記軌道部材、前記移動部材および前記鍔部材は、前記鋼材より軽量な部材で形成されることを特徴とするアクチュエータ。
