Claims (5)
- 左右側面に転動体転走面を有する軌道部材と、
前記転動体転走面に対応する負荷転動体転走面を有するとともに、前記軌道部材に相対運動自在に組み付けられる移動部材と、
前記転動体転走面および前記負荷転動体転走面間に配列・収容されて、前記軌道部材に対する前記移動部材の相対運動に併せて循環する複数の転動体と、
を備える転がり案内装置において、
前記転動体転走面は複数条形成され、
一の転動体転走面を転走する転動体と、他の転動体転走面を転走する転動体との径を変更自在とし、
前記一の転動体転走面を転走する転動体と前記他の転動体転走面を転走する転動体とは、同一の基準径を有しており、
前記一の転動体転走面を転走する転動体の径を前記基準径から一定値だけ増加させたものにしたときに、前記他の転動体転走面を転走する転動体の径を前記増加分と同一の値だけ前記基準径から減少させたものにすることによって、前記軌道部材と前記移動部材との対向面間の隙間を所定の目標値に調整自在としたことを特徴とする転がり案内装置。 - 請求項1に記載の転がり案内装置において、
前記転動体転走面は、前記左右側面の上下に配置され、
前記移動部材は、前記軌道部材の上面に対向する水平部と、前記水平部の左右両側から下方に延び、前記左右側面に対向する袖部とを備え、
前記軌道部材と前記移動部材との対向面間の隙間は、前記上面と前記水平部との間の隙間であり、上方及び下方の前記転動体転走面を転走する転動体の径をそれぞれ変更することで、前記上面と前記水平部との間の隙間を所定の目標値に調整自在としたことを特徴とする転がり案内装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の転がり案内装置において、
前記移動部材における前記軌道部材との対向面には、板状体が設置されていることを特徴とする転がり案内装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の転がり案内装置において、
前記軌道部材と前記移動部材との対向面のいずれか一方又は両方の面には、潤滑剤を保持するための溝が形成されていることを特徴とする転がり案内装置。 - 左右側面に転動体転走面を有する軌道部材と、
前記転動体転走面に対応する負荷転動体転走面を有するとともに、前記軌道部材に相対運動自在に組み付けられる移動部材と、
前記転動体転走面および前記負荷転動体転走面間に配列・収容されて、前記軌道部材に対する前記移動部材の相対運動に併せて循環する複数の転動体と、
を備え、
前記転動体転走面が複数条形成される転がり案内装置における、前記軌道部材と前記移動部材との対向面間の隙間を調整するために用いられる転がり案内装置の調整方法であって、
一の転動体転走面を転走する転動体と他の転動体転走面を転走する転動体とは、同一の基準径を有しており、
前記一の転動体転走面を転走する転動体の径を前記基準径から一定値だけ増加させたものにしたときに、前記他の転動体転走面を転走する転動体の径を前記増加分と同一の値だけ前記基準径から減少させたものにすることにより、前記軌道部材と前記移動部材との対向面間の隙間を所定の目標値に調整させることを特徴とする転がり案内装置の調整方法。
