Abstract

Claims (11)
- 処理に関する処理アラート情報をユーザへディスプレイするコンピュータ実施方法であって、
ユーザインターフェースデバイスを介して、前記処理内で検出されたアラートの集合の表示を提供する第1のスクリーンを提供するステップと、
コンピュータプロセッシングデバイスを介して、前記第1のスクリーンを閲覧するためにユーザが前記アラートの集合の一つを選択することを可能にするステップと、
前記ユーザインターフェースデバイスを介して、前記アラートの生成に帰着する変数に関する過去の傾向データを含む第2のスクリーンを提供するステップと、
前記コンピュータプロセッシングデバイスを介して、前記第2のスクリーンを介して過去の傾向データを閲覧するために前記ユーザが一つ以上の他の変数を指定することを可能にするステップと、
前記ユーザインターフェースデバイスを介して、前記一つ以上の他の変数に対する過去の傾向データを含む第3のスクリーンを提供するステップと、
を含む、コンピュータ実施方法。 - 前記処理内で検出されたアラートの集合の表示を提供するステップは現在と過去のアラートを表示することを含む、請求項1に記載のコンピュータ実施方法。
- 前記処理内で検出されたアラートの集合の表示を提供するステップは、前記処理に対する処理コントロールシステム内のプロセッシングデバイス内に格納されるとともに統計的処理モデルを使用してアラートを検出する、品質または故障検出ユニットによって生成されるアラートを表示することを含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のコンピュータ実施方法。
- 前記アラートの生成に帰着する前記変数に関する過去の傾向データを提供するステップは、前記アラートの生成前と前記アラートの生成後に収集された前記アラートに帰着する前記変数に関するデータを示す傾向プロットを提供することを含む、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載のコンピュータ実施方法。
- 前記過去の傾向データを閲覧するために前記第2のスクリーンを介して前記ユーザが一つ以上の他の変数を指定することを可能にするステップは、前記アラートの前記生成に帰着する前記変数に関連している前記一つ以上の他の変数の表示をディスプレイすることと、前記コンピュータプロセッシングデバイスにおいて、前記ユーザが前記第2のスクリーンを介して前記一つ以上の他の変数の一つを選択することを可能にすることと、を含む、請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載のコンピュータ実施方法。
- 前記一つ以上の他の変数に対する過去の傾向データを含む第3のスクリーンを提供するステップは、前記アラートの生成前と前記アラートの生成後に収集された前記一つ以上の他の変数に対する過去の傾向データを提供することを含む、請求項1〜請求項5の何れか1項に記載のコンピュータ実施方法。
- 前記一つ以上の他の変数に対する過去の傾向データを含む第3のスクリーンを提供するステップは、前記アラートの前記生成に帰着する前記変数に対してディスプレイされた過去の傾向データと同じタイムフレームに対する前記一つ以上の他の変数に対して過去の傾向データを提供することを含む、請求項1〜請求項6の何れか1項に記載のコンピュータ実施方法。
- 前記一つ以上の他の変数に対する過去の傾向データを含む第3のスクリーンを提供するステップは、前記アラートの前記生成に帰着する前記変数に対する前記過去の傾向データと同じプロットで前記一つ以上の他の変数に対して過去の傾向データを提供することを含む、請求項1〜請求項7の何れか1項に記載のコンピュータ実施方法。
- 前記アラートの前記生成に帰着する前記変数に関連する過去の傾向データを含む第2のスクリーンを提供するステップは、前記処理に関連付けられたデータ履歴からの前記アラートの前記生成に帰着する前記変数に関連する前記過去の傾向データを取得することを含み、前記一つ以上の他の変数に対して過去の傾向データを含む第3のスクリーンを提供するステップは、前記処理に関連付けられたデータ履歴からの前記一つ以上の他の変数に関連する前記過去の傾向データを取得することを含む、請求項1〜請求項8の何れか1項に記載のコンピュータ実施方法。
- 前記処理内で検出されたアラートの集合の表示を提供するステップは、前記処理内で生成されたアラームを表示することを含む、請求項1〜請求項9の何れか1項に記載のコンピュータ実施方法。
- 前記過去の傾向データを閲覧するために前記ユーザが前記第2のスクリーンを介して一つ以上の他の変数を指定することを可能にするステップは、前記アラートの前記生成に帰着する前記変数の変化の原因となる可能性のある一つ以上の他の変数の表示をディスプレイすることと、前記一つ以上の他の変数の各々に対して寄与率の表示をディスプレイすることと、を含み、前記一つ以上の他の変数の特定の一つに対する前記寄与率は、前記アラートの前記生成に帰着する前記変数の変化の原因となる可能性を示す、請求項1〜請求項10の何れか1項に記載のコンピュータ実施方法。
