Abstract
Description
また、本発明の実施形態に係る機械加工方法は、ロボットのアームに取付けた切削工具で複合材又はハニカム構造体を加工することにより機械加工品を製造するものである。
また、本発明の実施形態に係る機械加工方法は、ロボットのアームに取付けたガイドを、加工対象品をセットするための治具に接触させながら、前記アームに取付けた切削工具で前記加工対象品を前記治具の形状に沿って加工することによって機械加工品を製造するものである。
図1は本発明の実施形態に係る機械加工装置の構成を示す斜視図、図2は図1に示すロボットのアームの先端、取付機構及び電動式のソーを別の方向から見た斜視図、図3は図1に示すバンドソーの正面図である。
次に機械加工装置1を用いて機械加工品を製造する機械加工方法について説明する。
このため、機械加工装置1及び機械加工方法によれば、大規模で高価な門型の工作機械を用いることなく加工対象品Wの機械加工を行うことができる。また、高価な工作機械を用いることができない結果、作業者が手作業で行っていた加工対象品Wの外形トリム加工、チャンファー加工及び外形仕上げ加工等を自動化することができる。つまり、大規模で高価な門型の工作機械を用いることなく加工対象品Wの機械加工を自動化することができる。このため、機械加工品の製造コストを劇的に低減することができる。
Claims (12)
- 加工対象品を切断するための電動式のソーと、
前記ソーをロボットのアームに取付けるための取付機構と、
を備える機械加工装置。 - 前記加工対象品をセットするための治具に接触させることによって前記治具の形状に沿った倣い加工を行うためのガイドを更に有する請求項1記載の機械加工装置。
- 前記ロボットを更に備える請求項1又は2記載の機械加工装置。
- 前記ロボットと、
前記治具から前記ガイドに負荷される力を測定するためのセンサと、
前記センサによる測定結果に基づいて前記治具から前記ガイドに負荷される力が一定となるように前記ロボットをフィードバック制御する制御装置と、
を備える請求項2記載の機械加工装置。 - ロボットのアームに取付けた切削工具で複合材又はハニカム構造体を加工することにより機械加工品を製造する機械加工方法。
- ロボットのアームに取付けたガイドを、加工対象品をセットするための治具に接触させながら、前記アームに取付けた切削工具で前記加工対象品を前記治具の形状に沿って加工することによって機械加工品を製造する機械加工方法。
- 前記アームに取付けたガイドを、複合材又はハニカム構造体で構成される加工対象品をセットするための治具に接触させながら、前記切削工具で前記加工対象品を前記治具の形状に沿って加工することによって前記機械加工品を製造する請求項5記載の機械加工方法。
- センサで前記治具から前記ガイドに負荷される力を測定し、前記治具から前記ガイドに負荷される力が一定となるように前記ロボットをフィードバック制御する請求項6又は7記載の機械加工方法。
- 公差が±0.1mmから±1.0mmである機械加工品を製造する請求項5乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の機械加工方法。
- 電動式のバンドソー、ワイヤソー、ジグソー又はチェーンソーで前記複合材又は前記ハニカム構造体の切断を含む機械加工を行う請求項5乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の機械加工方法。
- 前記バンドソー、ワイヤソー、ジグソー又はチェーンソーを進行方向に1度から30度傾けて前記複合材又は前記ハニカム構造体を切断する請求項10記載の機械加工方法。
- 可視センサで検出した基準位置に基づいて前記アームの位置を制御する請求項5乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の機械加工方法。
