Claims (10)
- 独立した供給経路を経由して、上側成形材料及び下側成形材料を供給するための成形材料供給ユニットと、前記成形材料供給ユニットから前記上側成形材料を受け取り、それを所定の形状の上側診断キット本体に成形するための上側成形ユニットと、前記成形材料供給ユニットから前記下側成形材料を受け取り、それを所定の形状の下側診断キット本体に成形し、前記下側診断キット本体に診断ストリップを挿入するための下側成形ユニットと、前記上側成形ユニットから成形された前記上側成形材料を受け取り、かつ、前記下側成形ユニットから成形された前記下側成形材料を受け取り、それらを接合し、その結果、前記上側診断キット本体及び前記下側診断キット本体が相互に接合される、接合ユニットと、接合された前記上側診断キット本体及び前記下側診断キット本体を、所定のサイズを有する診断キットに切断するための切断ユニットとを備える、診断キットを製造するための装置。

- 前記上側成形ユニットが、前記成形材料供給ユニットから供給された前記上側成形材料を、それが成形可能になるように加熱するための上側加熱デバイスと、加熱され、成形可能となった前記上側成形材料を、上側診断キット本体にプレス成形するための上側プレス成形デバイスと、プレス成形された前記上側成形材料を冷却するための上側冷却デバイスと、前記上側診断キット本体に空気孔を打ち抜くための打ち抜きデバイスとを備える、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記上側診断キット本体が、上方に突出する長方形の周縁形状に形成された上側空気チューブと、前記上側空気チューブの内側に、上方に突出する円形の周縁形状に形成された円形チューブと、前記円形チューブの内側に形成された検査試薬注入孔と、前記円形チューブからある一定の距離に、前記上側空気チューブの内側に形成された複数の空気孔とを備え、前記上側プレス成形デバイスが、前記上側空気チューブ及び前記円形チューブをプレス成形し、前記打ち抜きデバイスが、前記検査試薬注入孔及び前記複数の空気孔を同じステップで打ち抜く、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記下側成形ユニットが、前記成形材料供給ユニットから供給された前記下側成形材料を、それが成形可能になるように加熱するための下側加熱デバイスと、加熱され、成形可能となった前記下側成形材料を、下側診断キット本体にプレス成形するための下側プレス成形デバイスと、プレス成形された前記下側成形材料を冷却するための下側冷却デバイスと、診断ストリップを前記下側診断キット本体に挿入するための診断ストリップ挿入デバイスとを備える、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記下側診断キット本体には、前記上側空気チューブのサイズに対応するサイズを有する下側空気チューブ、及び、前記下側空気チューブの内側に、前記診断ストリップを受け入れるために、ある一定の深さで形成される凹穴が形成され、前記下側プレス成形デバイスが、前記下側空気チューブ及び前記凹穴をプレス成形により形成する、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記上側診断キット本体及び前記下側診断キット本体が複数形成される場合、前記診断ストリップ挿入デバイスは、前記下側診断キット本体に形成された前記凹穴内の定位置に、前記診断ストリップを連続的に、又は、同時に挿入する、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記接合ユニットが、成形された前記上側成形材料、及び、成形された前記下側成形材料を、前記上側空気チューブ及び前記円形チューブを除いた前記上側診断キット本体の底部と、前記下側空気チューブ及び前記凹穴を除いた前記下側診断キット本体の上部が接触した状態で受け入れ、熱融着により、接触面を加熱により接合し、診断キット本体を形成する、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記切断ユニットが、接合された、成形された前記上側及び下側成形材料から前記診断キット本体を切り出すための切断デバイスと、切り出された前記診断キット本体を落とし、排出するための排出デバイスと、前記診断キットが切り落とされた、成形された前記上側及び下側成形材料を回収するための回収デバイスとを備える、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の診断キットを製造するための装置で製造された、診断キット。
