來處理,其係以PV C膜於包裝程序中受熱拉膜而形成 包裝泡殼,並將牙刷至於該包裝泡殼内及配合一封蓋紙 板而予以封結包裝,習知技術整體包裝流程包括有:置 料(PVC膜)、送料、烘膜、成型、放置刷柄、放置 紙卡、熔接、裁切、成品流出等程序。前述每一程序站 的位置依照包裝尺寸調設好後是固定的,使得P V C膜 經由拉膜機構每次移送固定距離,而得以對應固定位置 的每一程序站。但前述包裝作業如為一連續性作業之產 線,因其連續式長度少辄5、6公尺,PVC膜自重與 機台的磨擦力,尤其烘膜段PVC膜加熱後變軟更容易 被拉長,如此就產生了 P V C膜與各程序站別上的對位 誤差,誤差經由連續作業將持續累積。如第1 6圖之簡 易程序圖所示,習知技術在成型泡殼S 1 0 1後繼續經 過牙刷放置S 1 0 2、放紙卡s 1 0 3過程之後,再進 行切斷S 1 〇
