Abstract
Description
II 1つの寸法が他の2つの寸法よりも著しく長い角張った端部(例:角柱形状、ブレード形状)
III 1つの寸法が他の2つの寸法よりも著しく小さい角張った端部(例:プレート形状、フレーク形状)
IV 3つの寸法長さがおおよそ等しい角のない端部(例:球形状)
V 1つの方向が他の2つよりも著しく長い角のない端部(例:円柱形状、ロッド形状)
VI 繊維状、糸状、ふさ状(lock-like)、交絡状
含有する金属不純物が10μg/g未満である略球形状のポリシリコン顆粒(ワッカーケミー社(Wacker Chemie AG)製)から、0.85mmから1.25mmの画分を篩で分級した。
酸化イットリウムで部分安定化された酸化ジルコニウムミリングビーズ(Alpine Power Beads YSZ 0.8〜1mm)によってポリシリコン顆粒を置き換えて、実施例1の実験を再度行った。
スチールボール(Netzsch SteelBeads Micro 1.0mm)によってポリシリコン顆粒を置き換えて、実施例1の実験を再度行った。
含有する金属不純物が10μg/g未満である略球形状のポリシリコン顆粒(ワッカーケミー社製)から、0.3mmから0.5mmの画分を篩で分級した。
ミリングシステムZETAセラミックを用いた実験室用撹拌ボールミルNetzsch LabStar LS1のミリングスペースに、酸化イットリウムで部分安定化され、0.3mmの平均直径を有するた酸化ジルコニウムミリングビーズ(Alpine Power Beads YSZ)の490mLを充填し、蓋を閉じた。
含有する金属不純物が10μg/g未満である略球形状のポリシリコン顆粒(ワッカーケミー社製)から、2mmから3.15mmの画分を篩で分級した。
含有する金属不純物が20mg/g未満である破砕金属シリコン(ワッカーケミー社製)から、2mmから3.15mmの画分を篩で分級した。
Claims (10)
- 粉砕を受けるシリコンを含む懸濁液およびシリコンから成るミリングメディアを含有する混合物が、ミリングメディアミルのミリングスペース中で動かされる、シリコンを粉砕するためのプロセス。
- シリコンから成る前記ミリングメディアの直径のメジアンd50が、粉砕を受ける前記シリコンの粒子サイズ分布のd90値よりも10から1000倍大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 粉砕を受ける前記シリコンが、元素シリコン、ドーピングされたシリコン、金属シリコン、酸化シリコン、または二成分、三成分、もしくは多成分シリコン‐金属合金である、請求項1または請求項2に記載のプロセス。
- 粉砕を受ける前記シリコンが、d90<300μmである体積加重粒子サイズ分布を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ミリングメディアが、3つの寸法長さがおおよそ等しい角のない端部を特徴とするシリコン粒子である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- シリコンから成る前記ミリングメディアが、50μm<d50<5mmの範囲である体積加重サイズ分布、および(d90−d10)/d50<1である前記分布の相対幅を有する、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 粉砕を受ける前記シリコンを含む前記懸濁液が、20℃にて100mPas未満の粘度を有する液体を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセスによって粉砕された前記シリコンの、リチウムイオン電池のアノード中の活性物質としての使用。
- 50nm<d50<1000nmである体積加重粒子サイズ分布、および1重量%未満の金属不純物を有し、ならびに請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセスによって作製されるシリコン粒子を含有するリチウムイオン電池用の電極物質。
- カソード、アノード、カソードとアノードとの間のセパレーターとして配置される膜、リチウムイオンを含有する電解質を含み、前記アノードが、請求項9に記載の電極物質を含有する、リチウムイオン電池。
