Claims (12)
- 発泡体(11)を備えた粒子発泡体構造部材(10)であって、前記発泡体が、少なくとも、その外側表面の部分領域において、プラスチック材料からなる被覆層(13)を有している粒子発泡体構造部材において、前記発泡体(11)が、前記被覆層(13)を支える領域において、圧縮された表面構造(12)を有し、前記被覆層(13)が前記発泡体(11)の前記圧縮された表面構造(12)と材料結合されていることを特徴とする粒子発泡体構造部材。
- 前記圧縮された表面構造(12)を形成するために、発泡体の細孔が互いに溶融して閉鎖された表面が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粒子発泡体構造部材。
- 前記被覆層(13)のプラスチック材料が熱可塑性エラストマーであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の粒子発泡体構造部材。
- 発泡体(11)を備えた粒子発泡体構造部材(10)であって前記発泡体が少なくともその外側表面の部分領域においてプラスチック材料からなる1つの被覆層(13)を有している粒子発泡体構造部材の製造方法であって、前記発泡体(11)が金型(20)の中で発泡され、それに続く工程ステップにおいて、前記被覆層(13)上に又は前記被覆層に対して吹き付けられる製造方法において、前記発泡体(11)の前記被覆層(13)を支える表面領域において、前記被覆層(13)を被着する前に圧縮された表面構造(13)が形成され、前記被覆層(13)が前記圧縮された表面構造(12)と材料結合されることを特徴とする粒子発泡体構造部材製造方法。
- 前記発泡体(11)の前記圧縮された表面構造(13)が、前記発泡体(11)の発泡時に形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の粒子発泡体構造部材製造方法。
- 前記発泡体(11)の前記圧縮された表面構造(13)が、前記発泡体(11)の発泡後に形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の粒子発泡体構造部材製造方法。
- 前記発泡体(11)の前記圧縮された表面構造(13)が、外部の圧縮力を前記発泡体(11)に作用させることにより形成されることを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載の粒子発泡体構造部材製造方法。
- 前記圧縮力が作用する前記発泡体(11)の表面領域が、少なくとも部分的に、前記圧縮力を加える前に及び/又は加えている間に、溶融されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の粒子発泡体構造部材製造方法。
- 前記圧縮力がスタンピング金型を用いて加えられることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の粒子発泡体構造部材製造方法。
- 前記スタンピング金型が前記金型(20)の移動可能な金型部分(24)により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の粒子発泡体構造部材製造方法。
- 前記被覆層(13)を形成する前記プラスチック材料が熱可塑性エラストマーであることを特徴とする請求項4〜10のいずれか1項に記載の粒子発泡体構造部材製造方法。
- 前記圧縮された表面構造(12)が少なくとも部分的に、前記被覆層(13)を被着する前に及び/又は被着する間に溶融されることを特徴とする請求項4〜11のいずれか1項に記載の粒子発泡体構造部材製造方法。
