技术领域
本发明的实施方案涉及在织物构件上形成图案并将图案固定在饰件上的方法。
背景技术
通常,对车门饰件压花、进行涂饰或施加表皮材料的方法已经用于使得车辆更加高档化。
为了将表皮材料(例如人造革)应用至车门饰件,形成泡沫部的表皮材料可以包围额外的部件,而被表皮材料包围的部件可以附接至车门饰件。
然而,需要单独的围绕额外的部件包围表皮材料的工序以及将被表皮材料包围的部件附接至饰件的工序,由此使得生产成本增加并且使得效率变差。
此外,由于需要用于将部件附接至饰件的固定装置,因而部件的数量和重量增加,产生振动噪音,形成在表皮材料中的压花/缝合形状的一致性变差,设计满意度下降,并且表皮材料的表面可能受损,或者图案的细节可能变差。

发明内容
本发明的实施方案涉及用于将织物构件附接至饰件同时通过在饰件中插入插入片(insertion blade)而在固定至饰件的织物构件中形成图案的方法,以及使用所述方法的系统。
本发明的实施方案提供一种用于将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的方法,从而由此改进生产率同时减少使用表皮构件来包围饰件的工序的成本,并改善美观度。

织物构件可以包括暴露至外侧的表皮材料和形成在表皮材料一侧中的泡沫部。
插入片可以通过穿透压缩夹具并将织物构件插入饰件凹槽中来固定织物构件。
在其上设置饰件的所述第一模具的安装表面可以沿着饰件的形状形成。
根据本发明的示例性实施方案,饰件整体形成,图案形成在织物构件的外表面处同时将织物构件附接至整体形成的饰件从而可以改进生产率,节省制造成本,并可以改进外观的美观度。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图来对本发明的示例性实施方案进行详细描述。
然而,在附图中显示的每个组件的尺寸和厚度出于易于说明的目的而任意地显示,且本发明不限于此,而一些部分和区域的厚度为了清晰而被扩大。
附图和说明书应理解为说明性的而非限制性的,在整个说明书中相同的附图标记表示相同的元件。
另外,在如下的详细描述中,处于相同关系中的组成元件的名称被区分成“第一”、“第二”等,但本发明不必然受限于如下描述中的顺序。
图1为与根据本发明所涉及的饰件的部分横截面图。
参考图1,车门包括下部饰件100、中心饰件105、固定部分115和织物构件110,所述织物构件110包围中心饰件105,并且通过固定部分115而将中心饰件105固定至下部饰件100。
在本发明中,下部饰件100和中心饰件105整体形成,图案形成在织物构件110的外表面处同时将织物构件110附接至整体形成的饰件,从而可以改进生产率,节省生产成本,并且可以改善外观的美观度。
图2为显示将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的方法的示意性侧视图。
参考图2,在本发明的示例性实施方案中,切割成预定形状的织物构件10结合至整体形成的饰件200,同时,在织物构件110的表面上形成图案,因此可以改进生产率,节省生产成本,还可以减少重量。
图3为根据本发明的示例性实施方案的将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的方法的流程图。
参考图3,在步骤S300中饰件200整体地形成,在步骤S310中织物构件110被切割成预定形状,并在步骤S315中将粘合部分420涂布至织物构件110的一侧。此处,步骤S300和步骤S310可以顺序地或同时地进行。
在步骤S320中所述粘合部分420在该处被涂布的织物构件110在预定的温度范围内加热,经加热的织物构件110被附接至整体形成的饰件200的预定区域,然后固定至该预定区域处。此处,粘合部分420附接至饰件200,而图案形成在织物构件110的外表面中。
图4为将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的方法的流程图,其工序大致对应于图3的顺序。
参考图4,饰件200整体地形成。模制饰件200的方法参考已知的方法。
首先,使用切割装置400将织物构件110切割成预定形状,使用粘合部分涂布装置410将粘合部分420涂布至织物构件110的一侧。
在本发明的示例性实施方案中,织物构件110包括表皮材料和形成在表皮构件112的一侧处的软泡沫部114,而粘合部分420被涂布至泡沫部114的外表面。
此外,加热器470以预定温度加热涂布有结合材料420的织物构件110,通过使用第一模具431和第二模具432而将经加热的织物构件110固定至饰件200,然后形成图案。
参考图4中流程图的下半部分,模制单元包括第一模具431、第二模具432、压缩夹具440、图案突出部445、插入片450和饰件200,织物构件110设置在饰件200与压缩夹具440之间。
压缩夹具设置在第二模具432上,图案突出部445和固定突出部700设置在位于压缩夹具440的上侧上的预定位置处。
在挤压工序中图案突出部445挤压织物构件110的表皮材料112,使得图案得以形成,固定突出部700挤压织物构件110的外表面从而将织物构件110紧密地附接至饰件200。
向上突出的插入片450形成在第二模具432的相对的边缘处并穿透挤压夹具400,并且插入片450将织物构件110的相对的边缘插入形成在饰件200中的饰件凹槽500中,从而将织物构件110固定至饰件200。这里,饰件200可以设置在第一模具431的底侧上。
在本发明的示例性实施方案中,第一模具431的位置和第二模具432的位置可以互换。亦即,第一模具431可以设置在下部分中,而第二模具432可以设置在上部分中。
图5a和5b为根据本发明的示例性实施方案的通过将边缘固定至饰件而精整织物构件的边缘的方法的横截面图。
参考图5a和5b,饰件凹槽500形成在饰件200中的预定位置处,当插入片450在织物构件110被附接至饰件200的一侧的同时挤压织物构件110的边缘时,插入片450与织物构件110一起被插入饰件凹槽500中,使得织物构件110插入饰件凹槽500中,之后被固定至该处。
图6为根据本发明的示例性实施方案的将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的系统的示意性横截面图。
参考图6,第一模具431设置在下部分中,而饰件200设置在第一模具431上。然后,织物构件110设置在饰件200上。
插入片450从第二模具432的底部的预定位置向下延伸,加热器470可以设置在第二模具432的底侧中。设置在第二模具432的底侧中的加热器470以预定温度对设置在饰件200上的织物构件110进行加热。
接着,压缩夹具440被插入到加热器470与织物构件110之间使得压缩夹具440设置在织物构件110上。
图7为根据本发明的另一示例性实施方案的将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的系统的示意性横截面图。
参考图7,当第二模具432向下移动时,插入片450穿透压缩夹具440,因此织物构件110通过被插入到饰件200的饰件凹槽500中而被固定至饰件200,形成在压缩夹具440中的图案突出部445形成织物构件110中的图案。然后,固定突出部700挤压织物构件110以防止织物构件110在饰件200上错放。
参考图7,可以在动力装置冷态过程中使用压缩夹具440,但为了形成更具体的图案,将超声波应用设备750连接至压缩夹具440以在压缩夹具440形成图案时施加预定频率的超声波。
亦即,压缩夹具440可以用作简单的冷夹具,并非常有利于实施各种图案,但当压缩夹具440与超声波应用设备750连接并为了实施更具体的图案而进行压缩时,压缩夹具440会发生振动。
尽管已经描述了本发明以及目前被认为是实用的实例的实施方案,应理解本发明不限于所公开的实施方案。相反地,其旨在覆盖所述权利要求书的本质和范围内所包含的各种变体和等同布置。
Claims (20)
1.一种用于将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的方法,所述方法包括:
制备饰件,其中饰件凹槽形成在饰件的一侧中;
切割织物构件,其中泡沫部形成在织物构件的表皮材料的一侧中;
将粘合部分涂布至所述泡沫部的外表面;
对涂布有粘合部分的织物构件进行加热;
将经加热的织物构件放置在饰件的形成有饰件凹槽的一侧上;以及
通过使用插入片而将织物构件的边缘插入饰件凹槽中,从而将织物构件固定至饰件,同时在压缩夹具中形成的图案突出部通过挤压织物构件的表皮材料来形成图案。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的方法,其中,加热通过加热器进行。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的方法,其中,加热器与模具单独地设置。
4.根据权利要求2所述的用于将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的方法,其中,加热器设置在模具的一侧中,并将热量施加至放置在饰件上的织物构件。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的方法,其中,切割通过切割装置进行。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的方法,其中,涂布所述粘合部分包括使用涂布装置来喷涂粘合部分。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的方法,其中,在将织物构件固定至饰件时,固定至模具的插入片穿透压缩夹具的一侧并将织物构件的边缘插入饰件凹槽中,同时在压缩夹具中形成的图案突出部通过挤压织物构件的表皮材料来形成图案。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的方法,其中,进一步包括在织物构件上设置压缩夹具。
9.根据权利要求8所述的用于将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的方法,其中,模具挤压所述压缩夹具使得压缩夹具压缩织物构件。
10.根据权利要求1所述的用于将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的方法,进一步包括在形成在压缩夹具中的图案突出部通过挤压织物构件的表皮材料形成图案时将预定频率的超声波施用至压缩夹具。
11.一种用于将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的系统,所述系统包括:
第一模具,其具有预定位置,具有饰件凹槽的饰件能够设置在该预定位置处;
压缩夹具,其构造成设置在具有预定形状的织物构件上,其中,压缩夹具包括图案突出部用以在织物构件中形成图案,并包括固定突出部用以将织物构件固定至饰件,所述第一模具和所述压缩夹具设置成使得织物构件能够在预定位置处放置在饰件上;以及
第二模具,其具有插入片,所述插入片在第二模具的模制侧的预定位置处突出,并构造成局部地挤压织物构件从而通过将织物构件插入饰件中而将织物构件固定至饰件。
12.根据权利要求11所述的用于将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的系统,进一步包括加热器,所述加热器构造成加热织物构件。
13.根据权利要求12所述的用于将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的系统,进一步包括切割装置,其构造成在织物构件被加热器加热之前将织物构件切割成预定形状。
14.根据权利要求12所述的用于将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的系统,其中,所述加热器设置在第二模具的模制侧中。
15.根据权利要求12所述的用于将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的系统,进一步包括涂布装置,所述涂布装置构造成在织物构件被加热器加热之前将粘合部分涂布至织物构件的一个外表面。
16.根据权利要求12所述的用于将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的系统,其中,所述织物构件包括暴露至外侧的表皮材料和形成在表皮材料一侧中的泡沫部。
17.根据权利要求11所述的用于将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的系统,其中,所述插入片构造成通过穿透压缩夹具并将织物构件插入饰件凹槽中来固定织物构件。
18.根据权利要求11所述的用于将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的系统,其中,在其上放置饰件的第一模具的安装表面沿着饰件的形状形成。
19.根据权利要求11所述的用于将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的系统,进一步包括超声波应用设备,所述超声波应用设备构造成将预定频率的超声波施用至压缩夹具。
20.一种用于将织物构件附接至饰件同时在织物构件中形成图案的方法,所述方法包括:
在第一模具的预定位置处设置饰件,所述饰件具有饰件凹槽;
在饰件的预定的位置上设置织物构件,所述织物构件具有预定的形状;
在所述织物构件上设置压缩夹具;
使用压缩夹具的图案突出部形成织物构件中的图案,同时使用压缩夹具的固定突出部将织物构件接合至饰件;以及
使用第二模具,所述第二模具具有插入片,用以局部挤压织物构件从而通过将织物构件插入到饰件中而将织物构件固定至饰件。
