Claims (7)
- モールドフラックスの成分は、重量百分率で、Na2O 3〜10%、Li2O 0〜3%、MgO 3〜8%、MnO 5〜15%、BaO 0〜8%、Al2O3 4〜12%、及び含有量が2%以下の不純物であり、残部がCaOとSiO2であり、CaO/SiO2が0.8〜1.3であり;
前記原料を混合した後に、予備溶融処理を行い、予備溶融後のモールドフラックスは、成分偏差によって微調整する必要があり、かつ予備溶融料が占める割合が70%以上とし、そして、モールドフラックスの総重量の1〜3%を占める炭質材料Cを配合し、混合して、製品モールドフラックスを得る、
ことを特徴とする超低炭素鋼用フッ素フリー連鋳モールドフラックス。 - 前記モールドフラックスの融点が1100〜1200℃であり、1300℃の粘度が0.2〜0.6Pa・sである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超低炭素鋼用フッ素フリー連鋳モールドフラックス。
- 基体、及び基体の総重量に対して1〜3%の炭質材料を混合してなり、
前記基体の成分は、重量百分率で、Na2O 3〜10%、Li2O 0〜3%、MgO 3〜8%、MnO 5〜15%、BaO 0〜8%、Al2O3 4〜12%、及び含有量が2%以下の不純物であり、残部がCaOとSiO2であり、CaO/SiO2重量比が0.8〜1.3であり;
前記基体は、予備溶融部分が占める割合が70%以上である、
ことを特徴とする超低炭素鋼用フッ素フリー連鋳モールドフラックス製品。 - 前記基体の融点が1100〜1200℃であり、1300℃の粘度が0.2〜0.6Pa・sである、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の超低炭素鋼用フッ素フリー連鋳モールドフラックス製品。

- 基体が最終に所要の組成で、基体に用いる全ての原料を混合し、予備溶融して、予備溶融物料を得て、続いて当該予備溶融物料に原料を追加して、所要組成の基体を得て、次に当該基体に炭質材料を追加して混合し、次に任意に噴霧乾燥して、前記超低炭素鋼用フッ素フリー連鋳モールドフラックス製品を得る、ことを含む請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の超低炭素鋼用フッ素フリー連鋳モールドフラックス製品を製造するための方法。
